My greatest summer goals are to lose another 5-6% body fat and 10-15 lbs of actual weight. Also, want to get conditioned so well to be stage ready.

I believe Ergonine will help me because for one it has L-Carnitine for fat loss help. Then it has HydroMax for pump and vascularity which we all know can induce help with fat loss too in the long term. Plus it has creatine for helping still with good muscle fullness and offset fatigue throughout my workouts in my cutting phase. Lastly, it has HICA which is great for protein synthesis and also aids in fat loss. Wonderful profile seriously!

The Solution taught me I can eat a pint of ice cream a week and still get in shape.

I am dropping steadily, maintaining or increasing the weight in the gym with a good diet and the help of some staples:
E9 daily, my pre-workout (Conqu3r) on training days and a pint on the weekend :)

My goal is to get down to 145lbs, ~10-12%bf by end of July.

I finished my first big cut at the end of April, and my goal for the summer is primarily to maintain weight and ideally some recomp as well to get lean.
Aside from the staple benefits of Ergonine, the LCLT and Hydromax are synergistic with the ArA I'm running right now.

My goal is to lean bulk. I added 3-4% body fat after my last cycle. Getting ready to cycle on July 1st and need extra help. I want to add 10 lbs during the cycle but get back down as close as possible to 10-11%. I'm a huge E9 fan. I bought six tubs of Nanaberry. It tastes great but I want to try the unflavored to
Mix it with my PWO's. It's too overpowering mixed with other flavors.
P.s. I was so impressed with E9 that I gave two of my tubs to friends to try. I only have 1 left

Well i been deployed for over 7 months now and its been summer here for the past 7 months lol. We don't know when we leaving yet so this whole deployement will be a summer for us. The plans are as follow:
Drop down to 180-185 pounds. (currently 197)
Squat 3 plates each side for at least 5 reps. (currently at 2 45s, 1 35s for 5 reps)
Lose the gut. (currently annoying the hell out of me when i have to wear one of my smaller shirts and it makes me look pregnant, i dont care for a 6 pack though)

Not that many goals but to me are the most important as of right now. Small goals for now, short term goals.

My summer goal is become more efficient at olympic lifts and to maintain / recomp into a leaner version of me. During a recomp E9 has great ingredients that help recovery reach it's peak without adding the extra calories from food. Not only that, but how convenient is it that you get so many things in one scoop? Definitely something that would help during a recomp while keeping and gaining strength

My summer goal is to continue my cut and get sub 10% which I am currently plateaued at down from 14% in March.

I just want to not lose any more muscle and continue to cut. I believe the HICA will be huge in this process. Also, I am super low carb so adding in creatine anhydrous will keep my gains dry but help fill my muscles :)

I am using x gels so this could be my LCLT source. I'd pick flavorless just Bc I am trying to avoid all artificials at this time but would also love to have a flavor for when I resume lean bulk... I've had poor experiences w creatine (inferior forms) so I'm hesitating to purchase which is why I hope this contest can make me a believer and future e9 fan!

Goals:

After dieting for 22 weeks now is the time to push my body to new limits and prepare myself to get into shape to compete as a middleweight on the national stage. After my last show in 2012 at Collegiate/teen/master nationals Shelby Starnes + John Meadows both told me i need to grow into a MW due to my height to be competitive.

After dieting down to my best ever its now time to push the buttons and push past 190 or so in a 5'7 frame and get myself ready for a 176 cutoff. While beach season may be here, i will be the one putting down the food and growing as much as possible. Ergonine is a staple (got 5 tubs ATM) for pre-workout fasted training to assist recovery, endurnace, and performance when running on an empty , or the glycogen from last night. Its my go to pre-workout staple and i can not train without it.

Cliffs:
1) Build base to be a competitive Middleweight in the future
2) Add as much LBM after a long term diet (22 weeks)
3) Use Ergonine pre-workout for fasted training because it works.
4) Eat lots of ice cream and hope i don't get fat just for GNO

My goals are pretty simple:

1. Gain more muscle mass
2. Lose some more fat
3. Stay healthy and active by increasing overall strength and endurance
4. Be a role model for my son

I don't see myself entering any meets and certainly no BBing shows any time soon. At 40 years old, my ultimate goal is to make sure that I am able to still get around as I age. I haven't tried Ergonine yet, but have been very interested. I actually have a lot of staples stocked up, and haven't needed it, but I would love to give it a go.

Thanks for this awesome promo, and good luck to all!

Perfect timing for this ;) just found out today that I'll be running a half marathon with my gf and sister. So my two part goal for the summer is this:
Commit to training for the half marathon and still keep my strength and aesthetics throughout this process. I want to be able to run without any holding back but will not sacrifice my gym time (because I love it)

My goal is to continue to gain lean mass and develop more ab definition. Ultimately I want to set an example for the couch sitting, potato chip munching, "I don't have time to workout" fifty-something's that inhabit the donut area of my office!

E9 has been good to me so far!!

Not necessarily a summer specific goal, but recently I decided & committed to training towards giving the American Ninja Warrior course a shot.
Still doing a lot of research on exactly how I should be training but I've revamped my program a bit so far to incorporate more upper body, Stamina & grip strength.
E9 would be ideal to help with my recovery to this new style for me.

My goal is to hit 175 and be a mean looking mofo. I was on pace for some great progress. Broke my wrist in December. So I have been set back a bit. Leaning out right now and getting the old strength back.
Starting a cycle for my birthday in July. Looking to start the SealFit program during that time.

My goal is to add a lot more lean mass to my frame 15-30 lbs and compete in something around this time next year. Also now that my AC joint injury has healed up I can pursue that 405 bench press PR again although that may take a lil time. And finally just staying injury free and mptivated to do all of the above.

Why not.

Summer goals are to increase my strength, but on some quality weight. I am up about 10 pounds after a surgery. I could say screw it and put on a lot of sloppy weight, but I want to do it slowly so when the time comes to cut, I won't have to do it for an extended period of time. I am starting a new program on Monday and plan on using that lifting program througout the summer. It will be a PPL routine and it is my first time doing one. I will be lifting six times a week and believe E( can assist not only in my goals, but my recovery as well which I think will be needed due to lifting six times a week.

Non-gym goals are to land a full time teaching job for September. The market is not that good for social studies teachers. It seems like all the other main subjects have plenty of openings, but social studies not so much. I have applied to all the open positions in my state, that are currently posted, and have started to reach out to other states.

Fantastic promo!

I just cut down from 270 to 230 from Valentine's Day until about beginning of May (after previously having to cut down from 300 to 240 previously). I'm recomping right now and plan to cut down hard again leading up to the end of August. My wife and I are going to California for 10 days to:

- see 3 Cardinals/Padres games
- see my childhood best friend and his wife in Ventura
- see my college friend and her husband in San Diego
- celebrate my 30th birthday AT one of the games (and hopefully wind up on TV!)

My childhood best friend lived out in Hawaii for a few years (he's a nurse) and I visited him out there in 2011 and he taught me to surf. I'm looking forward to getting back on that board and surfing CA and also looking ripped out there on the water and having some great photos to look back on to remember turning 30 and approaching 2 years of marriage.

So, my goal until mid-July is to continue recomping before a very aggressive one month cut before I go out there so I can have some pictures that will last a liftetime.

My training is every day at this point and will continue to be so with my lifting style changing between 3 patterns: heavy (low reps, max weight), high volume (moderate sets, high reps), and high intensity (moderate sets, moderate reps, all superset with no more than a minute rest at any time) with an A/B/A/C/repeat pattern where week A is heavy (to maintain strength). In addition, I have 2 dedicated cardio days that are 2 hours of basketball each. I play with a few guys older than me, but most are younger, lighter, and faster -- but I still out-hustle them from start to finish on the fast breaks and absolutely HATE to lose, so I won't give up until my body shuts down.

I snagged blue ice E9 and find it quite refreshing to sip on. Enjoy adding it to my current multivitamin as a part of my normal regimen and would love to add a couple more tubs to get me through these summer month's (I actually just played ball last night and between that and keeping cals/carbs low, swung 6.2 lbs. from yesterday morning). Feel free to check out my log to follow along as I prep for this vacation:

http://anabolicminds.com/forum/supplement-reviews-logs/268565-my-fun-filled-2.html#post4969811

Edit: almost forgot to mention that the reason for the huge spikes in weight are due to a number of medical issues including a small pituitary tumor which has caused some hormones to be out of balance with no real fix offered up by the 10+ doctors and specialists I had went to (didn't want it to look like I just decide to stop working out and eat like crazy -- it basically just means I have to be ridiculously strict and do tons of work just to maintain most of the time).

My summer goal is to slowly drop the last 5 lbs to get to my goal weight of 200 from 220. I am also doing a 7 mile road race that I did for the first time last year and had a poor performance, so looking to shave at least 10 minutes off of that time. Hopefully will reach both!

My summer goal is to add muscle without gaining crazy weight. Especially after working for 2 year's to get down 171 from 270. I am hoping I am able to put on enough mass during the summer to compete in a show in October. I have used Ergonine for last month, and there is a huge difference in endurance, and recovery. Hica, lcar, and glutimine blend are a power recovery combo. This helps me push knowing I'll be able to keep pushing each day of a six day a week workout schedule. Plus, I love nanaberry flavor!

welp, I never win these things, but I'll give it a try. my goals for the summer are pretty reasonable. as a resident in a surgical field my life is pretty much consumed by work, but i absolutely find the time to lift 4-6x/week and socialize/party whenever i can. balancing work life as a resident surgeon is pretty hard, but it's crucial to maintaining your sanity. i have somehow managed to achieve the best combination of leanness and mass i have ever achieved and maintain it for 12+ months now. i attribute this mainly to extreme will power when it comes to the foods i consume, but also to my re-introduction to the supplement world- at this point i pretty much exclusively use supps from the athletix/pes/analyzed family. as far as my goals go, i am currently sitting at 193 lbs at 6'2 with a bodyfat % calipered at 5.8% and i would like to actually push my bf% down to sub-5% while making steady progress on my weak points (long head of the tris, more cap to my shoulders, thicker glutes). if i am satisfied with where i'm at come late summer i will probably prep for a few weeks (since I'm basically contest ready at the moment) and do a show for the hell of it. given my occupation/lifestyle, pushing myself to where i'm at and to where i want to be is definitely not the norm and i love being the exception- this actually serves as motivation. who knows? maybe one day i can market myself as the fit doctor dude and make some money off it hahahaha

Summer goals:

Drop 5-10 pounds and don't lose any muscle in the process. Going the recomp route for this summer. Ergonine has 9 staple type ingredients that will help with any goal. It doesn't matter what anyone's goal is E9 has the ability to help with it. Athletix put 9 great ingredients in one product at solid doses. Many people with varied goals were taking some combination of these ingredients already. I know I was taking some of them (some are new though!). Now we don't have to look at our goals and order a bunch of single ingredient products to get some of these staples, we can just snag some E9!

As a powerlifter I would like to reach a 1600lb total by the end of the summer. I'm relatively close now but the hard part is that I'm currently a strength and conditioning intern for a large D1 football team and you are constantly moving stuff around or doing something. Which has been causing me to lose some weight (never a bad thing) but with ergonine I feel it will be able to help me reach my goals while I am in a caloric deficit as well as help retain more LBM at the same time.

GOALS

Alright so this is probably going to sound cheesy and cliché and like a sob story but its the truth so here we go.

I just finished my sr year of college but have 2 more years as a background. Im a collegiate thrower at the D3 level for one of the top track and field schools in the nation. My workout goals for this summer are 2 fold: for myself and for the team, and to bring a little jealousy to an ex...

So this past outdoor season was pretty rough, went between 3 coaches and just underperformed until the last meet of the year, missed out on going to nationals by 2 spots. AGAIN for the second year in a row, luckily I red shirted so I have next year as my final year of eligibility. My lifting numbers have increased slightly over the past couple years but im buckling down hardcore now and getting beyond anal about lifting and achieving things. Im not out to have "fun" for the next year, its all one bigger picture goal. Next year I want to make it to nationals so my goals this summer are

Get much stronger:

Increase numbers from
Bench: 335-375
Squat: 425-465
Deadlift: 585-645
Clean: 285-315
Snatch: 225-255

Those are the main goals. My bodyweight is sitting at 230 but I would certainly like to be a solid 240. How that will happen I don't know but ill be busting my as$ to get there. Also I will be practicing my events 3 times a week and really breaking myself down, my current coach (a former national champion) who has dedicated 1-on-1 time with me said if I can push through our 2 hour lifts and 3 hour practices, then nothing will stop me from being an all American for my senior year, and I want nothing more than that if not a national championship. Im dedicated and nothing will stop me.

As far as the second part of my goals... well when my track season was going rough I was down and pretty sad. My gf at the time, of 2.5 years said that it was changing me and I wasn't pleasant to be around, always crabby, etc. she wouldn't understand my competitive nature because she never played a sport and it showed she really didn't care about my competitive nature... Well after a meet I head back home to find her getting slammed on my bed by some random guy, who was actually in pretty good shape (no homo?). and was decently build (muscular cmon guys). and so long story short, she was kicked out, tried to get me back etc, and I said no. her reason was it had nothing to do with feelings he was just really "hot" and it was all physically attractive.. Finally found a new gf who I love but now its my goal to make sure this doesn't happen again. It still bothers me but I feel I can be a better looking, more physically attractive individual. It is the best motivation I have right now to do a little extra cardio and core work after a long day.

Aside from that I have goals to travel around my home state a bit (Wisconsin) and venture to some surrounding areas. I want to spend more time with my family and my new girlfriends family (since that's something I didn't do with my other one) I just want to become a whole new man. Im 22 years old and have never drank in my life so I want to be a little crazy at time yet controlled. I just wanna enjoy life :D

thanks for listening to my story guys appreciate the chance to run Ergonine! actually starting X-Gels here in about a month so im looking into purchasing some at some point anyway!

Also congrats Ant I remember us talking about you finishing up that degree last summer so its nice to see you got it man! proud of you! proving us education majors still got a chance!
