My best story is simply... I was on my way to the gym put my pre in the shaker cup put water in that thing... Got a phone call, got off the phone and went to shake my pre... Ohhhh fudge! I forgot to screw the lid on tight. Needless to say it went all over me and the car.

That wasn't really the problem lol the problem was that I was out of PWO and needed to hit the gym... So what did I do? I'm ashamed to say I went into a nearby G N C (yeah that's right) and asked for some samples of pre workouts lol

Needless to say I had my fix and made my way to the gym

Male just turned 27 love to train , have lots of logs on here senior member ...Got Posts For days . my current goal is to trim fat but gain strength n stamina .
I update on a daily basis with final video review after using products.

Let's see worst pre workout experience . I had my pre workout sit in the fridge over night , and put a fat burner with it not thinking because I know better than to mix pre with fat burner . started leg workout after each set of squats felt my heart racing ......and FOCUSED ON NOT dying . LOL . Couldn't finish my workout then drove home . During driving there was traffic and I started to panic and rushed home and went to bed and calmed myself down lol....

Haha yeah I do sometimes.... I got a package yesterday but didn't post it... Was just some old school FP alphamine.... Everybody raving about those new flavors. For sure though I'll try to be more consistent

Yea definitely cheaper. I just feel once you are aware of better products and appropriate pricing you naturally stear clear of those places. They make all thier money on seasonal dieters and the uneducated. I personally used to love buying isopures for the convience tho. Especially when its hot out, a ice cold isopure to replace that shake is phenominal!

What's up Rocket, I'm 35 yrs old with over 20 yrs bodybuilding experience. Goals are to get pumped beyond belief and get freaking huge. I can update my log 4 days a week. Craziest preworkout experience was on speedx3 that stuff had me jacked like meth! Couldn't fall asleep for a day and a half lol. But on the bright side the weights seemed crazy light.

My pre work out storie
so i have a pretty high tolerance wen it comes to pre work out, every thing i take is 2 scoops.
my first run with FINAFLEX STIMUL8 was 2 scoops, hit me hard as hell, to hard got to the gym and did 2 sets and bounce out after that, my day was ruen cause i felt like i was going to throw up and i got super cold..

Complete nutrition here loves handing out samples. If you go in when someone different is working you can basically get free PWO's all the year long

Yeah, Alex Jones face seemed a winner in my book LOL!

I usually just start with "I'm in the market for a new pre, need some samples to compare." Next time I see that person I change the brands, or if someone new I use something different. It's a beautiful thing.
I take any chance too screw the used car salesmen at those places. GNC deserves worse.

Pre workout story?

Yes did scoop of pre workout with 3 pre workout tablets the size of horse pills less then an hour after drinking coffee, got to the gym and felt like i was going to crash and explode at the same time, did warm up set and literally lost 3lbs of weight in sweat, ended up getting to sick from it and going home, spent 3 days on the toilet..

3rd time using a pre workout and was running through my routine when the Mormons showed up at my house and started asking me how much i bench and inviting me to their social gatherings all well death metal blared from my speakers and i eventually ran them off

2. 3 years heavy weight/bodybuilding training, tried over 15 pre's
3. Plan to lose another 15 lbs and also looking to complete in next 6 months for the first time, plan to put the log to the test with my 2.5 to 3.5 hr hardcore non stop workouts and test the pump and energy given
