Get stronger, more LBM, and drop some BF.
Running a modded for more volume 531 template with 3-5 Airdyne HIIT sessions a week is helping me along with all 3 of my goals.

Daily or 3-5 times a week no matter what.

I'd pick PX White because it would give me some am energy for fasted cardio and then carry me threw the day after.

Oh man, it is. They're both so uniquely different. I know you tried STIMUL8, and the feeling I get with PX Black is similar to that.

I'd pick PX White because it would give me some am energy for fasted cardio and then carry me threw the day after.

The PX White is sooo long lasting. I usually take mine at 0700, after getting up to train at 0330, and I have consistent energy until about 2pm. I've been known to take cat naps around lunch but don't feel the need when I take PX White.

3 – Current Goals - started my cut for spring already, and looking to fire up a long time lean bulk when the cut is complete. I run a P/P/L split 4-5 days a week. Running IF also. 5'8" 174 lb. I would be able to log this within a month, currently have a log up for some patches that I won. So if that's okay, then sweet!

Alright, hoping to be able to give this a shot!

1 – Your age-32
2 – Training Experience- Played college baseball, now been training for the past few years minus when I was laid up for a shoulder surgery. Been hitting lots or Pr's as of recent!
3 – Current Goals- Had been on a bit of a bulk and am very happy with where my lifts are at but I'm up to 220lbs (6'3") and want to get down to 210 or 205 as I think that's a good weight that would have me plenty ripped.
4 – How often you can update your log- I lift four days a week so at least four times a week, probably more often though just to check in and give updates on how I'm feeling.
5 - Which PX version you would choose and why- I would like to use the black, I've used the white in the past but really want to try out the lower stim option, especially stacked with the CLA

I placed n the top 2 in them both for my weight class. 3 - Current Goals: My current goals are for size and strength. I am running a cycle of AlphaMax for 5 weeks. Then I will add Magnitropin. I would like to start a bit of a cutting phase around week 6. 4 - How often you can update your log: I can log everyday or as often as suggested (4 or 5 times per week). 5 - Which PX version you would choose and why: I would like to use the PX White. I have a high tolerance for stims and feel this product may help me reach my ultimate goal of increased size and strength, while lowering bodyfat.

We want the best baseline for results coming from our products alone. Don't want to pass asking a wrong impression that PX White will do what test trest and dmz does.

Well I'll also add I'm completely supp free right now other than a preWO.
I stick to the basics and rely on whole foods more than supps.
The basics which will be started again soon are just WPI, Creatine, PreWO, multi-v, and leucine.

I'd guess I'll be around 13-14% by jan and looking to really lean down to 10% by March while adding a few pounds of LBM.

Yes this is exactly right. PX white is a strong stimulant and to keep tolerance down, as well as general cycling of supplements, forty five days is the max duration that we recommend using it for.
