Hey all, it's your favorite mini beast with orbit nutrition :)
Currently looking at revising my diet and shake intake due to my lack of appetite and inability to consume sufficient calories from clean foods.
My current protein shake of choice is:

2 cups almond milk
2 scoops protein powder
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 bananna
4 ice cubes

Drink half
Yell "mini beast!!"
Drink other half

About 800 calories

I will be drinking these 3 times a day

Please share your recipes

Swap the oats for cream of rice/wheat for same cals but less volume.

Add a little oil of your choice (I'd suggest mct or coconut for taste reasons)

Add in some cottage cheese

Use mass gainer instead of a regular protein powder

Here's mine.

1/2 cup oatmeal 150 cal.
2 large eggs 140 cal.
1 1/2 cup whole milk 240 cal.
1 medium banana 100 cal.
1 1/2 TBS peanut butter 170 cal.
And I used BSN 1 scoop 200 cal.
Used a blender and drank it.
1000 calories , 1020 if you use extra large eggs.
Also used cycle support and taurine in it as well, tasted good.

What brand chocolate PB you use?
I use either Giant Sports or Trutein for Choc PB,
Hoping COR or PES give me an option for this in the future

Trutein gets some hate around here but they have some damn good flavours

This was several years back, and I was on a tight budget and was tired of being 190s and needed to see 200lbs on the scale in the morning.

-16oz 2% milk
-1/2cup oats
-1 banana
-2 scoops protein
-2-3 tbsp pb

They were over 1k cal, and I drank them 2x/day in addition to 4 whole food meals. Called them "Big Boy Shakes". I made 200lbs pretty quick lol

Mass shakes are pretty easy really. Milks, eggs, oils, nut butters, ice cream, honey/syrups/sugars, avocado, whey, fruits, fruit juices.
