Training experience/routine?--- Trained in football for 4 years than swapped to training by myself. Total years trained are 4 and a half! I do a modified PHAT protocol.

Diet? (Cals/macros)---current cutting, macros are 310g protein, 170g CHO and 64g fat! Also have a cheat meal once a week!

Past logs?---i have run a couple logs, including BPS adrenosurge and formutech volatile!

Are you going to be running other supps?--yes i plan on running just staples and a fatburner!

How often can update?--- I can update daily!

History
31 years ago I was 25 years old weighed 235lbs and was 5’6” tall I smoked did not work out and was Fat! My wife was pregnant with our daughter and I decided I need to make a change in my life. Over the next 9 months I lost 85lbs quit smoking and started lifting, doing cardio and eating clean. It was a complete life style change that I still follow today.
Current
I am a male 56 years old, weight 187lbs at 5’5” tall. Have visible abs and am as lean as I have ever been. I Lift 6 days a week in the morning and do cardio 2-4 days a week in the evening

Would Love to log this product as a 56 year old with 30 + years of training joint pain is a problem. I believe I would be a GREAT test subject !

This stuff looks good to go. My joints are all beat up from years in construction and multiple motorcycle/dirtbike accidents. So I'm always trying any new joint supps. I'm going to check this out.
