Training schedule:
Mon- Chest and Back/ cardio
Tues- Hamstrings, glutes, heavy traps, forearms
Wed-Bis, Tris, Abs, and calves/ cardio
Thurs- Quadriceps
Fri- Shoulders, light trap work/ cardio
Sat- Abs, calves, and forearms/ cardio
Training style: train through periodization from 15 reps to 6.
Goals: As of right now im cutting for the summer; i hope to get down to sub 10%.

Preworkouts i have taken before include C4, craze, hemovol, BB series Scream, MP Assault, ON Pre, NO Xplode, and may be a couple more that i cant remember. I also make my own pre using BA, Citruline malate, caffeine, Agmatine(which i love), and ALCAR.

I can update log 3-5 times week.

Never really run a log for a supp company.

I may plan on competing this year in aug if im conditioned good enough; but im for sure gonna compete next year.

This year might be Physique. Not really sure if im big enough for BB yet. But in a year or two i plan to be in BB. Im 5'11 and setting at ~209lb.

Very good app dude. You're a good size. If you're stage ready at 180-190 you've got a great foundation to go on to bb soon enough

That last ingredient, diindolymethane, caught my eye. It's contained in broccoli, brussels sprouts and cabbage, three vegetables my wife is always trying to get me to eat! lol Seriously, interested in the 3 forms of creatine as well

Training style and goals: Bulking ever so slowly. At my age adding too much fat is not something easily corrected. In 2008 I was 135, currently 165 and final goal is 175 lbs.

Tried: MP Assault, ErgoPump, Jack3d, NLA Supp-D, RxRecovery, GAT Nitraflex, PowerMax, CL White Flood, PES Enhanced and New Jack3d.

I am 6-2" and 230lbs off season normally and 201-205 lbs on stage for physique.

I plan to e a bit bigger this year onstage.
