Age 19 ( 20 in a week)
I've been working out for 2 years, training for 6.
I'm competing in my first powerlifting meet in December and I am cleaning up my diet now to shed a little unwanted poundage.
I am currently doing a workout log ( will link when I get to my computer).
I've used for a little while and have had some . That's all the fat burners I've taken.
Yes I can provide before and after pics, and yes I can update my log on it 3x a week.
