That's right, 5 loggers for our SuperCharged BCAA Formula

endurance bottle.jpg

formu endur.jpg

What makes Endurance stand out from the rest???

Aside from the great BCAA profile Endurance also has

Beta Alanine which acts as a buffer, so to speak, to help decrease that lovely burning sensation one gets during workouts

Creatinol-O-Phosphate which helps to support your muscles to go above and beyond. Additionally it supports contraction of the muscle potentially leading to better performance.

In laymen's terms - better lifts, better duration and less DOMS

And of course great flavors, Melon and Orange
[/SIZE]

In order to be considered please answer the following

1. Have you used other BCAA formulas?
2. How would you use ours?
3. Links to other logs?
4. What was the best era for bodybuilding and why? I don't want the canned 70's because of Arnold, I want some substance. if you don't follow bodybuilding then post a funny picture of whatever you want.

Let the games begin!!

I started bbing at 16 and now am 36. I never looked up to the modern bb and always looked up to the 70 bber. Arnold of course and also robby robinson- bill pearl- sergio oliva- frank zane.... To me bbing was more of an art back then- aesthetics meant alot more back then. The V shape was awesome back then and that vacuum like waist. From a artistic view point the sport has lost its way...

1. Have you used other BCAA formulas?
Yes I have used controlled labs purple wraath

2. How would you use ours?
I would use it pre workout as well as on my off days

3. Links to other logs?
On my phone..cant get links right now but would be glad to when I get home from work.

4. What was the best era for bodybuilding and why?
I know u dont want to hear it but the era when arnold was in his prime was deff the best era for bodybuilding. Only my idol is franco columbo. Bodybuilding and strongman annnnd about a foot shorter than arnold and I think more definition. I don't know what it is..maybe a more a more natural looking physique than now-a-days but this era just cannot be beat.

1. Purple Wraath, Modern BCAAs+, Xtend, Amino Drive
2. Since it has more than just BCAAs, I would use it strictly for intra-workout. Some BCAA supplements I'll sip on throughout the day.
3. Currently doing my first log for Pump Ignitor:

Using this during my second month of the Muscle and Fitness Rock Hard Challenge, so my carbs are relatively low

Day 1
7:00 am – breakfast
9:00 am – high protein snack
11:00 am – 1 scoop mixed with 1.5 grams creatine monohydrate, 1 gram taurine, one serving Gaspari Glycofuse
11:20 am - 50 gram protein shake
11:50 am - started lifting 55 min tri/bi & 20 interval bike cardio, sadly didn’t get any tunnel vision or extra drive/good feeling compared to some other preworkouts I’ve tried, I thought my heart would be racing from the 300 mg caffeine but it wasn’t, I’m not a big “pump” guy, I think you should get a good pump no matter what you take if you push yourself hard enough, so I didn’t feel any difference in my “pump”, I did notice that I recovered a little better after my first set in each exercise, it seemed I got an extra rep or two than what I thought should have got, plenty endurance left for cardio, so I didn’t feel like a beast in the gym today but my outcomes were good

Day2
5:10 am – 1 scoop mixed with 1 gram creatine , 1 gram taurine
5:30 am – 45 gram protein shake, 1 gram beta alanine, 4 oz skim milk, half banana, more intense beta-alanine feeling today
5:55 am - started lifting 1 hr 15 min shoulders/calves/abs & 20 interval bike cardio, effects were much more noticeable today, could feel the caffeine more, had more tunnel vision and urge to lift, ¼ of the way through I had a good feeling come over me, plenty endurance left for a great intense cardio session which was better than yesterday, all-in-all great lift with good outcomes and this was on 6 hours of sleep, no crash later in morning

4. I loved what Ronnie Coleman did for the sport and his personality. I got a little more hardcore about building muscle after watching videos of him.

Hey Guys,

I'm definitely interested in running a log of this. I am currently prepping for my last two shows in bodybuilding for this season and am looking for a replacement for my current BCAA stacks. I also coach a group of people who compete in bodybuilding/powerlifting and would like to recommend a product which has BCAAs and Beta-Alanine in them.

1. Have you used other BCAA formulas?
Yes. I have used Xtend, Machine Fuel, and Core ABC.

2. How would you use ours?
I would use them between meals (90-120m post meal) to stimulate Muscle Protein Synthesis via leucine. I would also consider dosing pre-intra workout as well.

3. Links to other logs?
Unfortunately, I have never run a log before but would do so for this product. I can also put together a video series via YouTube if needed.

4. What was the best era for bodybuilding and why?

I actually think the best era for bodybuilding is right now. There are so many great natural competitors out there including Doug Miller, Layne Norton, Philip Ricardo Jr., Kent Bierly, Cleveland Thomas, Alberto Nunez, Aaron Lobliner, Ryan Dorris, etc. All of these people are competing with amazing physiques and work ethics while also being natural.

1. Have you used other BCAA formulas?
I have tried Modern BCAA about 2 years ago, however I think that they would benefit more so now because...
2. How would you use ours?
I typically train first thing in the morning and I don't eat until post workout. I think that adding BCAA's to the mix will help spare valuable muscle and be a great energy source while keeping my blood sugar low especially when doing cardio.

1. Have you ever used other BCAA formulas?
I've tried them all. Modern BCAA, Cellucor BCAA, blox, GNC Repower, Amino X, RecoverPro, Aminocore...... The ones with vasodilators, beta alanine and/or creatine really interest me. I had a lot of success with Cellucors bcaa which is why I would expect a lot from this product.

2. How would I use this product?
I would use it either intra workout or as a stimulant free preworkout, like before cardio. While logging, the main aspects I would focus on would be: endurance boost, strength, recovery, and overall energy boost.

3. Links to other logs?
Unfortunately not. I am knew to logging, blogging, etc. But hey, gotta start somewhere! I have a lot of knowledge in supplements and a lot of experience with them. I currently work at GNC (I'm one of the good ones!) and this stuff really interests me.

4. Best era for bodybuilding?
Well, being only 23 I have only history to look at, not experience. From what I've seen, the 70s and 80s had the best physiques. I love watching old Arnold footage, Dorian Yates, Ronnie. They're all different, but you learn a lot from them. I like to look at bodybuilding from an individual standpoint. Don't judge people or eras. Just do what works for you and be you!

I would like to thank you for at least giving me an opportunity to do a log for you. I think this product has a lot going for it and it is one I would love to give a whirl. Might even make me a lifetime buyer! Thanks for your time and I hope to hear back from you.

The best era of bodybuilding is the 2000's! The mass monsters of that generation are what I strive to become! Easily my ideal physiques!

Exactly what I do too
Even not fasted, I train so hard and usually longer then the normal gym goer, I use it intra-workout.

My schedule now is wake up, eat a small carb heavy meal with moderate protein, get all my stuff ready for work, load my vehicle, take a pre workout, drive to the gym and start to workout. About 45 min into my workout I start endurance and I normally workout another 45 min the either hit abs, cardio, or calves post workout.

2. I would use it during my workout to enhance the volume of training
3. I don't really use logs typically because I'm new to this website but I read a lot of logs and want to get started
4. I think modern day era is the best for bodybuilding because now we know the science behind it

Like listening to peoples thoughts on different eras of bodybuilding. There is such a variety of looks. You have the aesthetic generation of Arnold and Lou, the freak generation of beast like Ronnie Coleman, Yates, and even Jay Cutler falls into this, then you have today's look which is a culmination of the different eras. These beastly men who are trying to keep tiny waist. Each of Kai's quads are bigger then his waist. His back is a wide and thick. Same with Phil, he has a tiny waist, huge legs and back with sleek lines and a back with more cuts then a Ginsu. Not to mention Dexter Jackson who sports a huge size for his small body, and shreds like no other.

But my favorites are still Flex Wheeler, Shawn Rhoden, and the old Victor Martinez. I love his pre prison look. He was the bigger of men with good aesthetics. Now the legend, Arnold will always hold a special spot in any body builder's heart. He really transformed the stage and brought a whole new light to the sport. Don't get me wrong, people like Reg and Lou had acted and held BBing titles, but Arnold was a entirely different act. If he was competing today we would refer to his confidence as straight swag. Watch pumping iron and just see the whole I am the best attitude. He worked hard to be on top and didn't want to give it up until he wanted to. He wasn't going to let someone take his title.

1. Have you used other BCAA formulas? Yes quite a few different ones.

2. How would you use ours? I will use it intra workout and off days drink a serving or 2 throughout the day.

3. Links to other logs? None on here yet. A lot on another site tho..

4. What was the best era for bodybuilding and why? I don't want the canned 70's because of Arnold, I want some substance. if you don't follow bodybuilding then post a funny picture of whatever you want.

I don't really have a favorite era but my favorite bodybuilder would have to be Franco Columbu. We are close in height and he inspires me.
