    Nah, I go to bed at the same time as my kids, 0730-0800. Then I can wake up at 0300-0400 without feeling to tired. It sure is getting harder the older I get to wake up early. I think the kids take a toll also though, wear us out mentally as well as physically.

    I'd like to get my app in on this.

    I have done a few logs. I'm in the gym 4-5 times a week and actually have not been on a preworkout for about almost 2 weeks now.

    I tend to be very detailed with my logs and dependable to keep them updated.

    i would be willing to log this. i'm in the market for a new preworkout/stim supplement. been off of stims for a couple months now and need to get back on something. i work long hours so the extra boost will really help me out. im 26, 6'1 sitting around 220-225 right now. main goals are always to add more size, but more recently have been trying to get some definition to my mid section. i workout 4-5 times a week with moderate to heavy weight each session. i'll log for the duration of the trial and post as needed. thanks!

    Guys I want to point out one thing THIS IS VERY STRONG!. Please do not exceed the recommended dosage on this. It is getting excellent feedback but this is not a product (at least at full dosage) for someone that has a stim issue. It will flat kick in hard and last a long time.
