My favorite post workout meal is protein pancakes with oatmeal
Desert : milk and chocolate cookies!
While logging how fast the product takes to see effects, also have never had a shirt from a sup company and I love shaker cups my wife takes mine lol.

Forgot to add cardio: 30 min everyday post weight training

thers a certain technique to eat it lol eat the outside of the cake but only half, then tuuuuuuuurn the ice cream over to the side and eat the inside, best part

3) Training : 4 day split weight training & 2 days cardio-
Weight training day- Chest/Triceps -Back/Biceps - Leg - Shoulders (Typically 4-6 sets @ 8-15 reps)
Cardio days: 3- 5 mile jog or 30 min. elliptical & cycling class
4) I expect to use the D-POL & Condense in my PCT to assist me in keeping my gains, energy level high & kickstart my nuts (testosterone).
I have used D-POL before, but that was in pill form & would love to try the custard crème powder.
5) My favorite post workout meal is marinated bbq steak, brown rice with diced green onion, & steamed yams with a maple glaze.
6) My favorite dessert is Pistachio Fat free pudding mixed with a scoop of vanilla protein & fat free whip cream with diced almonds & pecans.

I would really like to sport the 'EAT LIGHTNING / SH*T THUNDER' Purus Lab T-shirt @ the gym guys!

Little scared l, not because I the physical aspect but the week knees I have grown to hate. I just dont want to get hurt, being competitive has its down falls.

I can log, no problem!
Routine: Push/Pull/Legs off repeat. Alternate From Hypertrophy to Strength for each workout through the week.
I am hopping to get lean, skin tearing pumps, muscle mass and density!
Favorite PW: 184g Egg whites, 4oz Deli oven roasted turkey, 1cup mixed veggies, 2 servings fiber one cereal with some almond milk.
Dessert: Tripple chocolate PB ice cream with fiber one brownies and whip cream.

Well well well. A chance to score those fancy shirt I must apply.


My workout routine is as follows:

Day 1: chest/ calves and weak point training on biceps

Day 2: shoulders/ abs/ cardio

Day 3: legs/ calves/ weak point training biceps

Day 4: back/ abs/ cardio

Day 5: biceps/triceps- calves

Day 6: HIIT or Plyo-- I switch every other week

Day 7: rest or light cardio

My workout is a bulking routine focusing my weak points since its my "off season". I start with a big compound movement with warm ups followed by 5 sets of 5 and then a drop set. After compound movements I move to isolation exercises which depending on the body part it depends on the rep range and sets. But I am averaging 16-20 sets per muscle. Here would be an example on day 1:

Bench press- warm up x 2 sets

5 sets of 5- focus I'd eccentric and xplode up
2 sets negatives- 10-15 sec down
1 light drop set

Incline db "champagnes" - 3 sets 8

Incline db flys- 3 sets 8

Cable flys-
2 sets failure decline
2 sets failure flat
2 sets failure incline

Typical 20 working sets for chest. I may throw in dips most weeks just because I love em.



What I expect to get from D-pol condense stack.

I have used D-pol in the past and its a product I likes. I have never had the custard creme before just pills. I was scared to try it thinking the tartness of daa might not be too good. But I have wanted to try it out. I expect DAA to give me that little edge we so often go after. I expect it to aid in my bulking phase by raising my test above my norm.

I expect condense to assist I giving me a kickstart in the gym. I have a full time job, I am a part time trainer that seems to have a client base o most full time, and I have a son who's soccer season is coming up later this month. With all that when I hit the gym I rely on my pre workout to help me get where I need to be. Even on those exhausting day I have to get in there and beat myself up, telling myself with each rep "no one will work harder".

Condense should be able to help me push myself when my internal motivation and energy is down.

My current goals are bulking, and this will remain my goal until next December when I start prep for the New York Met. I plan on putting on quality weight with a sound diet and nutrition plan.

Now my favorite post workout meal is simple:

1 cup brown rice
1/2 cup jasmine rice
6 oz turkey breast ground
2 eggs

All mixed up. I make it on Monday and bring it with me. Called muscle mush, simple and fast. You don't even have to chew if you don't want to. Just swallow.

Usually I have a shake before that and about 45 min later the meal-
1 scoop hydro whey
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup oats
8 oz almond milk or water
5g creatine

Favorite desert-
I love me some cheesecake especially Cheese Cake Factory's - I love their raspberry white chocolate cheesecake

If I am at home and want a desert- it's cocoa crispy's -- seriously I could eat an entire box.

Now pick me please- I log great, enjoy to log, and will do these products justice. Plus I think those tanks will look good on me in the gym. It does match my eyes and all.

I would give it a go!

I am 21, able to log.

Training routine is focused on heavy compounds at the moment
Mon: Upper Body
Tuesday: Lower Body
Wednesday: HIIT with sprints and core work
Thursday: Upper
Friday: Lower
Saturday: HIIT
Sunday: Off

The goals I would like to achieve are increase in strength and size. My favorite post workout meal is an egg, avocado, spinach and cheese sandwich.

That would make sense as you could see the results o muscle fullness while leaner. I am eager to try it out. I also have a few clients running it and few female inquiring about GDA's.

I've been itching to try d-pol but never pulled the trigger, hopefully this will be my chance. :)


Age: 28
Routine: 4 day split routine with cardio mixed in
Diet: Low carb, high protein for recomp
Goals: Keep making gains while cutting fat
Fav post workout meal: Shepherds pie!!!!
Fav high calorie desert: 1 pint of Ben and Jerry's chubby hubby :D

I am going to use the d-pol as a continuation of my PCT that is wrapping up this week if chosen. I look forward to trying some new purus products as I really enjoyed Muscle Marinade and organ shield in the past. No not a fat burner. Its basiclly used for increased nutrient absorption of creatine, amino acids and carbs. Helps takes the carb bloat away.
