I would like to run this stack bc I am in need of leaning out and I have not tried either of these products before but have heard great things about both. I expect this stack to work great if I keep up with my end of the bargain and keep my diet and training consistent and on track. I think they can be good aids to my goals and I expect them to assist me in dropping a couple % of fat.
I lift 6 days a week consistently, keep my protein at around 250-300+ depending on the day, and I try to keep my carbs under 60-70 grams a day. My fats fluctuate due to my love for peanut butter lol.
To be honest I just got into Crossfit, I am not a huge fan of Crossfit for my bodybuilding gains but I joined a competition team. I love to compete so I couldn't say no to a chance to be competitive. That being said I have been lifting 1 body part in the morning before work for about 35-45 minutes and then I do Crossfit wods in the afternoon. I know we in the bodybuilding world aren't big fans of Crossfit but it is growing on me but I can't give up my bodybuilding style training so that's why I go in the morning. But for weight loss I think this combination will work well.
