For me personally, I have the lifetime goal of being able to:
-Military DB press 100lb Db's for 3 sets of 10
-Incline DB press >120's for reps
- Max Front squat 315
- Max Deadlift >500lbs
I will hopefully complete all of these by continuing to train my butt off week after week, as long as it takes. No excuses, only shattered PR's !
