Don't get your hopes up as far as PT goes if you are. BCT was a joke.

    Its easy as hell.

The only way it will be difficult is if you are fat/out of shape.

More running than anything else and then climbing drills every other day (5 pullups in cadence). And it's gotten even more lax since I did it.

  6. I would love to get a good enough power to weight ratio to be able to do some real rock climbing
    WWW.ANDRO FACTORY.COM
Use NADDANME for a 15% discount or PM me for current discounts

  7. Two more I forgot:

    405 power clean.

    315 pressed overhead.

  8. Run half a marathon? That would be f'n awesome. Or go on one of the 50 mile bike trips that my friends always go on every 2 weeks.

I'm running everyday and ride the bike everyday but at the moment I cannot do any of those 2. But if I can keep it up everyday maybe end of next year I can do those things.

Same for those courses. Mud Run, Warrior Dash. Will def do one when back from basic, I'm sure I will kill it.

  13. And I'm gonna set the APF Texas Junior Raw Squat Record at 198 (maybe even 181 too)

Its 424, and my Squat yesterday at 186.6 was a 402.

    Looked like this.

  14. But the one I really want is the Bench Record.

I don't know what it is, but its my crappiest lift so its the one I want to have the most, because it will mean the most to me!

Obviously a long term goal, but most definitely achievable.

  24. My lifetime goal is to not be like my family members that let themselves go and became old and decrepit. Also want to bench 300 by 2015. I'm lifting every day and keeping my diet in check.
May I suggest using this app to track your bloodwork tests:

Great goal brother and from what I know about your work ethic you should have no problem sticking to it!
