When i get mine in.. want me to do a video?

The thing that is great with the vanilla, you could add pb2, cocoa, cinnamon etc and make whatever you want

then you can throw in crushed up mix-ins like graham crackers, strawberries, bananas etc. and customize to whtever you want.

Hi ayanes35. That's actually how I've used the majority of my tub!

I'm cutting as well and eating a minimal amount of carbohydrates. The "ice cream" tastes fantastic and has taken care of any cravings.

Yes and no. Its not a GDA per se but it works similarly. I think it is one of the best on the market personally, and I've had great success with it.

  11. I want more, but can't buy any because I'm moving at the end of this month and need to save money

And I'm about to drop some cash so me and my wife can get our NSCA-CPT.

Game over! End the thread now because this is how people should be adding in extra protein! I wish I had an ice cream maker now so I could just make protein ice cream all day.

Just keep an eye on it as you go. Once the ice cream bag starts to freeze, make sure that it's flat (like a book), which should make the consistency the same throughout.

Don't be a pansy and be not afraid of fatty meat. Expand your taste buds and try some different dead animals. If it's an animal, its meat...Replace some or most of your carbs with animal proteins. If you don't have enough time to make a cute girly recipe with your protein just eat it plain. Heat it till its cooked and just eat it out of the pan. I've actually been meaning to try sardines. I know they smell nasty and I've been around people that eat them before....Gotta try new proteins though. I used to love T-bone steaks, but now I'd rather have a Rib-Eye, end cut Angus.

Tried the Usp Labs OxyElite Protein but it did bother my stomach a bit. I don't know I'm willing to give it a second chance and I'm now trying Orange Triad which supposedly helps with digestion, so maybe that will help...Every supplement deserves a second chance.
Some people eat lower fat diets year round and dont do higher fat diets because it does not suit them, it bloats them, they have worse energy in the gym, their performance suffers, and it does not suit their body (i am one of these people) I have tried higher fat cutting and bulking, carb cycling, etc.. It just does not suit me one bit or else i would eat tons of steak and feel great, but it doesnt work that way hence the saying "The body is not a textbook" if it were that simple then we all would and copy each others diets and all make similar or greater gains.

OT is a multi, i would suggest an enzyme -

    NOW Super Enzymes
or a probiotic -- Gut Health by Evomuse,

both of those would be valuable assets to your supplement stack and your digestive/GI Tract.
    Give those a look.

I know orange triage is a multi. I was speaking of the "digestion complex" that is talked about in the write up. Also read a bunch of reviews where the people say they feel the difference in digestion. I don't know yet though as I've just started the product. I used to take Gut Health when it was made by genoymx. I have not tried the new version yet, but I'll look into it.
yeah Matt pearson makes a good product, he was the one who assisted genomyx in producing Gut Health.

Do I have to purchase an ice cream maker to actually get natural ice cream without any crap in it?
So Co makes a dairy free product.

I always utilize my carbs and macros to allow something sweet here and there. It is the only way I can live with the carb cycling. I love me treats!
