    More than disappointing. They have some db's, but they only went up to 30 lbs. They have one of those multi station machines, but no attachments to go with them. Of course they have a couple of treadmills and bikes, but I'm an anti-cardio type, so I don't have much use for them!

    That sounded good, in theory, however the hotel I'm staying at has a free, yes free, happy hour every day from 5:30-7:30. I will count this as my deload week

    I usually put about 3 ounces of water in a glass and just swirl it around. It's amazing how well it dissolves and how quickly. And I just gulp it down.

    The creatine goes in my protein shake.

    Should be in tomorrow. I want to make sure I am home when it gets here. I ran out of my preworkout so I will be only taking this creatine. I will mostly rate the taste vs effects since I know what creatine feels like in a mix and as a standalone product.
