Job Description: Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for managing strategic customer accounts, both domestic and international, and directing the implementation of a comprehensive brand and product marketing cycle in a post-development environment by performing the following duties personally and/or though subordinates. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manages the relationships of strategic accounts, both international and domestic, and carries out customer-specific marketing and promotions plans.
- Identifies market potential, conducts analysis and, through that analysis, recommends pricing and market strategies, estimates potential sales, addresses distribution/channel issues, and manages new and mature products regionally.
- Assists in the creation of promotional plans and manages their implementation.
- Provides expertise in particular product area and develops strategies and applicable portions of the company business plan.
- Plans, organizes, and coordinates assigned programs to ensure accomplishment of financial/budgetary goals and optimum allocation of resources.
- Manages resources to execute assigned programs.
- Coordinates program planning and order forecasting with customers to ensure identification of appropriate manufacturing schedules, goals, design criteria, costs, and similar considerations.
- Conducts pre-contract liaison with customers, both domestic and international, and participates in negotiating with key customers regarding contract terms and conditions.
- Coordinates details of programs within the organization with a wide range of functions and individuals.
- Coordinates product introduction and market exploitation with marketing and sales organizations to ensure maximum penetration of market segment
