    Try lowering your protein to 1.25g a day or so (meeting minimums) lower your fat and up your fat intake while keeping total kcals consistent, and see what happens. I bet most people do but neglect it. Because they give carbs a bad wrap

    In the end it comes down to EXPERIMENT and trail and error and what works for your body.

    Thanks for the tip. Experiment WAS my middle name.....I've got it down down, only time I use carbs AP is in the assault. Other than that it's high fat for this guy!!!!
