Sounds like a guy that knows what he is doing. Cool. I purchased 2 bottles of Paragon back when it was on sale at Nutraplanet. Haven't used it yet, but it does look like a great formula. Also love Prodigy, one of the best pre-workouts I have tried. Tried a sample of it today, but it wasn't big enough to do anything. When I used a full bottle I took 30 grams each time and nothing less than 20. Maybe that's just me. It's some great stuff though!.

Actually it looks like Paragon is still on sale.

Eric truly is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to real world application of supplements, nutrition and training. I have known him for over ten years and we worked together in the past. The guy is a true physique artist. I am sure he will chime in soon to this thread.
