Training Style: Old School- I follow Arnold's workouts usually, although right now I am using his plan from the Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding: Monday and Thursday-Chest&Back, Tuesday and Friday-Biceps&Triceps, Wednesday and Saturday-Legs&Shoulders
Nutrition Style:At least 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight, as many vegetables as I can (I tend to do more of a ketogenic diet with several days of super low carbs and then loading carbs on select days)
