    matt, I would be interested in this since im training for a competition....
    trying to be as shredded as possible since im going to be at 165....
    only thing is that im on epi for an 8 wk cycle... trying to maintain and shred... also on licogenix multi, fishoil, joint support, pct support
    im a lean gains diet fan.... would yall want my log? what would I jave to do?

    can I use a pump for abs, a pump for my glutes and a pump for quads? or do I have to spread out one pump over all areas daily?

    Awesome, glad we can get a log going. Kinda upset that Mitch couldn't run it, but certain things get in the way, and I think he handled the whole situation like a very standup dude.

    23 5'9 197lb...around 11.5% bf maybe a little less now here is my current test E and anavar log Howwedo's trip to the darkside...forever!!!

    I bulked the first 6 weeks of my cycle with my test e and tbol now I'm cutting...with IF and carb cycling, Anavar and cardio of course.

    Don't mean to Hijack the thread...but when I arrived here you mentioned the UD2.0 to me and I attempted it for a while. John, honestly I can say I do better on IF haha, any version, ADF or LG...but damn haha I guess multiple meals are not for me.

    Honestly It gets hard at times but I know when I am going to be fasting for a decent amount of hours and going to be bored (so Id normally eat) I pop half a EC stack and it shut up that hunger right away...Overall tho I love training fasted it just feels better and I notice changes in my body more and more everyday
