    Height: 5í7Ē-5'8"ish
    Weight: 235 currently- Goal is to cut right now down to about 220ish. Getting married in Oct so Iím trying to lean up a little.
    Lifting/Training Experience: Picked up my first barbell when I was 12. Father was a completive powerlifter who taught me first how to properly squat, bench and deadlift. From age 13-18, I was primarily involved in powerlifting/Olympic lifting. After high school/while in college, I started getting more into what I like to call power building. I still competed in powerlifting comps, but also was doing more bodybuilding type workouts when I wasnít getting ready for a meet. My current training mentality is primarily bodybuilding (although I would never claim to be a bodybuilder. I donít compete). I still bang out my core lifts as well as the needed auxiliaries. There are some days where I feel like pushing myself extra hard and will do sets of 1-3 reps on Bench, Squats and Deads. Overall my mindset/training is focused on as heavy as possible for as many reps as possible, while incorporating a lot of drop sets and forced negs. Seems to be working well for me.
    Lifting/Training Split: Current split looks like this:
    Day 1: Back, Triís, abs
    Day 2: Chest, Biís
    Day 3: Quads, Calves
    Day 4: Shoulders, Traps, abs
    Day 5: Hamstrings, Calves

    * I split two rest days up throughout week- based on how I feel and work/home life needs
    ** Cardio minimum 5 days per week 30-45 mins on either Stairmill/Treadmill on incline

    Nutrition:
    My standard go to routine is below:
    MEAL #1
    5 whole eggs; 4 egg whites

    MEAL #2
    SHAKE: 50g Whey Protein with 1.5 tablespoon of All Natural Peanut butter (no sugar)

    MEAL #3
    ďLean Protein MealĒ: 8oz chicken with 1/2-cup cashew nuts (almonds, or walnuts)

    MEAL #4
    SHAKE: 50g Whey Protein with 1.5 tablespoon of All Natural Peanut butter (no sugar added)

    MEAL #5
    8oz Salmon or RED MEAT with a green salad with 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil or and vinegar

    MEAL #6
    SHAKE: 50g Whey with 1.5 tablespoon all natural peanut butter or 4 whole (Omega-3) eggs and 4 extra whites

    Cheat Meal on Sundays or other day if work has been crazy and forced me off my schedule. I work out in the field about 50% of the time, with the occasional week or two of that being out of town on a job. When that happens, Iím living out of a hotel and donít typically have access to cooking my meals. However as of right now I have no foreseeable out of town trips coming up that would throw me off my standard diet.

    Current (or what you'd run with Recourse) Supplements: Aside from your standard whey, omega 3ís, mens multi, milk thistle, I would only be using a pre-workout NO product (unknown at this time which one. I jump around a lot with these)

    Height: 5'7"

    Weight: right around 170

    Lifting/Training Experience: been a regular in the gym for over 20 years now. I've tried numerous styles/routines, all with some degree of accomplishment.

    Lifting/Training Split: as of today, I just started back into cardio. I'll be hitting cardio at least 4x a week, and hitting one body part a day. If my schedule permits (family/work), I'll hit legs 2x a day.

    Nutrition: its been horrible, but we finally moved into our house, so the diet will be cleaned up very much. I've considered starting the keto diet, but if chosen, I'll stick with the recomp. For that, I try to keep my carbs all complex, except for right after a workout. I also try to taper them down after lunch.

    Current (or what you'd run with Recourse) Supplements: only a pre-workout. I'm running c-4 right now, & have a bottle of Wyked up next. Other than that, the regulars; protein, fish oil, multi.
