Supps get here on Monday by 5pm (UPS truck usually comes at that time) I'll start with the glycobol that very day , since I am on lean gains I can fast longer for that meal (usually break the fast at 1-2pm , so 3 more hours isnt bad at all, that way I can make it 2 huge carbed up meals!!! YAY glycobol !!!)

I'd do 2 30 min before larger AM carb meal, and 2 30 min prior to higher carb post workout meal
