I've never tried this supplement before .. U think pre and post or morning an pre(since I workout around 6-7pm)

It'll be all PreWO...Using Max-intense now which has COP in it already, so will either wait to use...or add in 1 cap to start....haven't decided just yet...

i got some mag chelate and something else, i forgot what it was, performance stack i think it's called.

cant wait to try something else besides kre-alk, cre ethyl, or mono.

MCC is some great stuff .. My fav type of creatine .. I like it better then krealk & cee .. I do love mono cheap and effective

But MCC > all other creatines lol
