3. the content of the thread has to be something about " Need to build muscle"
So the thread can be about " how much protein do I need to build muscle"

I need help to build more muscle

It does not matter what order the words are in. You only need to have the words Need, To, Build, and muscle in the title the order they show up in does not matter.
The content of the thread must be no less then 50 words. You have to use your own words you can not cut and past things from other sites/ forums or it does not count and we will delete it. Create a thread topic of any kind with the words need to build muscle in the topic title and then write 50 or more words about that topic.
Once you have created this thread. to get your code you can do 1 of two things.
