But, you could at least see some baseline numbers.

Training experience :Was a competitive powerlifter years ago, now I lift recreationally but still train heavy, eat clean and take it seriously. I train with Punthra.I powerlift, he bodybuilds so we meet in the middle and train heavy some days, and train with an insane ammount of volume other days.

Current Cardio Schedule: Wednesday and Saturday (30-40 minutes hard) I just reintroduced cardio 3 weeks ago. Training has improved huge over the last 2 weeks from this (better recovery, better breathing??)

Current supplements (exact brand/product name required): EAS whey protein before bed and a generic multivitimin. I have always just been a 'food' guy. Just starting to have the urge to use supps.

4L of water a day
6-7 meals
250-400g of protein

100g fat
I am anal with my meals and the spacing of my meals. If they are too close together, the excess calories are stored as fat. If I space them too far then I get so hungry I over eat. It it a fine line that I have seemed to get the hang of over the last few years. I can control and manipulate my weight effortlessly now.
Short Term Goal: Add muscle/lose fat

Long Term Goal: Be a lean 250 pounds and continue to have my strength levels increase.

Training experience: Former college athlete. Got away from fitness after marriage and kids. Reborn about two years ago. Like to say I know more now than I did then!

Current Training Schedule: Currently avgs. 6 days/week. Using my own tailored variation of HST/GVT like protocol. I vary the schedule slightly based on what my body tells me.
High rep low weight weeks are: 6 days/3 groups (M,T,W) then repeat 3 groups (Th,F,S), 7th day off, Repeat.
Low rep higher weight weeks are: 3 days/3 groups (M,T,W), Day off, 3 days/3 groups(Th,F,S), day off, Repeat.

Current Cardio Schedule: Daily and varied, and all on spin cycle as I train for cycling events. Duration ranges from 10 minute sprints, to 30 minute pacers. Some days are climbs and others are mixed. Most are matched to the weight groups. As spring is approaching, off days will begin to see enduro sessions of 60-90 minutes.

Well controlled 6 day plan with a free 7th day matched up to an off day. Meals are mostly planned accordingly M-F (weekends are adjusted as needed):
meal 1 (6:30a drive to work)- 25-35g whey isolate or blended protein shake
meal 2 (9a) - cottage cheese or LF yogurt, w/grapefruit, banana, berries or granola
meal 3 (12p) - varies based on workday lunch/meeting schedule and meal offerings. Usually soup or salad with a meat protein
meal 4 (preWO, usually between 2-2:30 based on work schedule) - Lean protein meat on whole wheat with 25g whey protein.
meal 5 (postWO) - post workout recovery drink (postal currently)
meal 6 (9-9:30p) - 6-8 oz. lean protein meat, with vegtables, brown rice. Carbs kept usually lower in ratio than earlier in day.
Pre-bed meal - (time varies, skipped if meal 6 is within 1 hour of bed) Cottage cheese and or Natty Peanut butter.

Short Term Goal: Recently did a bulk over the holidays, so BF% based on 3 point caliper was 24% Jan 6th (I would have been about 20%, but we had to calculate based on new age). Would love to try and be under 16% by June 1.

Long Term Goal: Improve overall health in general and maintain a youthful appearance at my age. Would like to run a marathon or olympic triathlon by age 45. Ironman would be cool, but realisticaly, the others are more likely.

Prescription: 1500mg Glucosamine - 1 day, 15 mg Meloxicam - 1 day
Non-Prescription: ibuprofen as needed

Supplement history: Pretty much what I listed as current. Cycled a number of times in the last year and a half. Have also tried several other preWO products such as Hemo rage, 1MR, Bullnox. I'm a huge fan of Mesomorph, count me in on this.

Training experience: Former marathon runner with over 10+ marathons and 100+ races total, converted to a full time weight trainer about a year ago. Now it's 5-6 days a week hard lifting, baby!

Current Training Schedule: 3 day cycle, 1 day rest. Day 1: Chest, biceps, abs, squats. Day 2: Shoulders, Triceps, Lats, lower legs. Day 3: Power/Explosive: Deads, Powercleans, Jump squats, Arnolds, etc.

Current Cardio Schedule: Currently, about 5-10 mins pre-workout to warm up. Saving the hard cardio for the cut later on. Occasionally I'll hit the elliptical for an hour with the iPad to watch some TED videos or something.

I live in a fraternity house and we have a chef so I eat 3-4 squares a day of whatever deliciousness he cooks up, and supplement my protein/amino intake with "Healthy 'N Fit" Whey Isolate. I aim for at least 3000-3500 cals intake but my diet definitely varies all over the place day to day. Hardly any deep fried or junk foods.

Short Term Goal: 205lbs, 9% BF by May 30. (That's a 2% BF drop and a 4 pound gain from today's weigh-in)

Long Term Goal: 215lbs, 8% BF by Dec 31, 2011.

Training experience :started lifting in 74' got really serious while in the navy-trained often with udt seals on board uss eisenhower in the ships gym. did jest training at subic bay, philipines. been an avid lifter and played sports my entire life.

Current Training Schedule:full body workouts at national institute for fitness and sports. weighted stairclimbing. i have a full gym in my basement-1 to 2 workouts per week.

Current Cardio Schedule:not counting the weighted stairclimbing i have a treadmill in my basement. recently began jumping rope-usually do 5 sets of 3 minutes each.

Current supplements (exact brand/product name required):aps-mesomorph/creatine nitrate. pes-at-2/erase. vpx-powershock. a variety of stimulants that i have stockpiled, love dem stims.

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):just finished a long term cut-2 years of it, went from 260 to 200, now my diet is more relaxed, i keep protein very high with good fats, but i will indulge in sweets occassionally-as a recovering alcoholic i crave them sometimes-13 years sobriety-and counting!

Short Term Goal:get stonger and more cut while keeping bodyweight at 220 or under-arthritis is why i cut and joints can't carry the weight without pain

Long Term Goal:same as above only more of it.

i have used testatropin original and testatropin v2, i logged both of them and i am being honest when i say i had great results. based on those results i have no reason to think this new product won't be even better.

I have enjoyed the recovery and the dreams you get from test boosters and libido boosters. I would love to see what this could do for me.

HA! I was taken from another forum to look and or jump at this one. I would have found a way to jump on an APS product from downtown Cairo during the blackout.

I'm going to be on AM often after seeing the great information being shared and the level of supplement knowledge. After an extended period away from lifting I was totally out of the loop on new products. I had not bought anything since prior to all the bans. I've been using a few forums to help seek out the right products to achieve my goals and AM has been the greatest help thus far. Plan on seeing my contributions often in the future. It's all about the common good! :grouphug:

It only took 1 to have me on a tear!! The effects lasted a good 6 hours with the first 2 being very intense and tapering off nicely towards the end.

Earliest Tuesday, should be more info coming soon....
