    weight-training regularly since Fall 1999. Started bodybuilding specifically June of 2009. No breaks longer than 1 week from training aside from the ~3 months I took off in the summers in high school because we had too many baseball games.

    Taking this past week off from the diet (had traveled back from IL and had to work 10 hour days, so things were off). Transition between a keto diet with 2 refeed days per week and a carb cycle. During keto, typical macros are carbs less than 50g, protein @ 350g, fat @ 100g - total cals around 2,500. Protein always stays @ 300g during carb cycle; go lower fat and carbs are taken in pre/post workout and breakfast.

    Current Daily Water Intake : 2-3 gallons minimum

    booked solid on logs-but i just wanted to say that somnidren is the best sleep aid i have ever used that wasn't prescription. i have had the opportunity to try many of the sleep aids/hgh boosters available otc-SOMNIDREN IS BY FAR THE BEST I HAVE USED.

    Just wanted to let CT know that I just got another log lined up, and it's not a similar product, but I'm sure it would be a conflict in some sense. I'm not "withdrawing" my app, but I want that known because I'm sure there will be plenty of other loggers who can do this justice while taking less products.

    I have used the old version of this via sample packs long ago and I was impressed. I have tried HGHpro and LGs stack, so I can offer a fair comparison. I do not sugar coat anything, I tell it like it is. I will follow your rules as I am need of a product like this. My sleep has become weird lately, been waking 2-3 times a night, which is out of the norm for me. My joints ache a tad, would like to see if any healing takes place.     Yes it is. I am actually a little bummed over this. I enjoyed the taste of the powder. It was like a little treat before bed. But it DEFIENETLY will KNOCK you out. I use to put a scoop full and roll it into a little bal and suck on it under my tounge while laying down for bed and will be knocked out almost instantly.

    we aren't eliminating the powder version from our arsenal buddy, just adding the caps for people who dislike the taste or prefer a pill form to use

    I could use some good destressing sleep, gh boosters are great, Ive tried zma's, which do work great, and a zma with ornithine lysine combo, worked really good, I would wake up with a TONNE of energy, it was almost too strong and powerful for me. Ive also tried shut eye, and the dreams were amazing for that product as well. I'd be excited if I got chosen to try this product, and what It would do for me.

    cons- too heavy on stims, I think its bad if you use it daily

    rpm- pros one of the best ive tried, really gets you going physically and mentally, increases agression,

    5-tetra really great product, no stims in it, and it gets you pumped for the whole day, one of the best ive tried
    cons: banned in canada

    juggernaut pros does energize you, and pumps you up
    cons-not enough arginine, too much caffeine

    hemorush, solid pump product, works, physical and mental, nothing too spectacular though
    expand does the job well, pumps you up physically and mentally, noticable
    cons, too much caffeine

    serum pros is good, effective pre workout, physicaly and mental pump
    cons-slightly too many stims

    1 mr, cons too much caffeine in this one for me,
    pros, if you can handle the caffeine go for it, might work well

    whiteflood is a great pump, lasts a really long time,pill form might have something to do with the long lasting effect
    cons lasts really really long time, even if taken early on during the day

    If I did try ragnorock, I would take it only on workout days, preworkout. And when Im doing martial arts, or a high endurance day. I wouldnt want to take a high caffeine thing everyday of the week.

    I will put in an app I am 18 so I realize I already have high hormone levels but my sleep is not the greatest and helping recovery is perfect for what I want right now to keep all my muscle tweaks feeling better! so an app will be up soon

    Current training protocol Experience (lifting/cardio): I have been seriously training for a few years now and I am currently training in a split that is Hypertrophy style. By this I mean that I am training each body part twice a week I am training in reps of 10 to 12 for every set and about 3-4 different exercises per muscle group. This is an example of my split:

    Legs
    Chest, Biceps and Triceps Day
    Back, Traps and Delts
    Rest and Cardio if needed

    Sample workouts:

    Legs:

    Quads: Barbell Squats 3 sets of 10
    Leg Extensions 4 sets of 12
    Sissy Squats 4 sets of 15
    Last Was barbell hack squats 3 sets of 12
    Hamstrings: Stiff Legged Dead lifts and Jeffersons 4 sets of 10
    Leg Curls 4 sets of 12
    Calves: I did Calf raises with 4 sets of 20-30 then a movement for the Tibia dorsi with 4 sets of 20-30! My calves were on fire

    Chest, Biceps and Triceps Day:

    Dumbell Bench 4 sets of 12
    Incline Barbell 4 sets of 10
    Incline chest flys 4 sets of 12
    Hammer Curls superset with rope push down 3-5 sets of 10-12
    Barbellcurls superset with close grip bench 4 sets of 10
    Preacher Curls superset with tricep dips or kickbacks 3-5 sets 10-12

    Back, Traps and Delts:

    Start off with some shoulder stretches!

    Reverse Lat pulldowns 4 sets of 12
    Barbell Rows 4 sets 0f 10
    Seated Rows 4 sets of 10
    Shoulders: I start with Rotator Cuff exercises 4 sets of each shoulder for 20 reps.
    Reverse Flyes: 4 sets of 12.
    Side Laterals supersetted with modified front raises 4 sets of 12
    Military Press 3 sets of 10
    Traps:
    Dumbell Shrugs for 5 sets of 15
    Reverse Barbell shrugs for 3 sets of 12

    Cardio:

    20 min of high intensity cardio or 45 minutes of moderate intensity!

    With this split I have been getting better size gains which is exactly what I am looking for. Then as you can see the Fourth day is off and if I want I will do cardio but most times I just rest. Then the cycle starts over. If I ever need I will take in an extra day off and rest.

    Current Sports: Just Bodybuilding I really am hoping to compete next year as long as no injuries occur!

    Current Supplements(list name/brand):
    EAS Protein
    Dymatize Super Multi
    LG ASGT- Almost out!
    SNS Creatine Mono

    True Protein BCAAs

    Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs : None

    Are you currently being treated for any known medical conditions? (please be detailed) : Nope I do not have any medical problems.

    Diet: I have been eating 5 large meals a day with 5g-8g of BCAA's in between meals. A sample day would look like this:

    Meal one: 6 Whole eggs, 2 egg whites, a full cup of oats, 8oz of oj and 8oz of low fat milk. Along with this meal I take my Vitamins!
    Second Meal: This meal is actually a homemade meal replacement shake! It consists of two scoops of Whey, a cup of ground oats and a Tbsp of olive oil.
    Third Meal: 8oz of chicken cooked with green beans and a sweet potato, and two Tbsp of peanut butter. This is when my next vitamin is taken as well.
    Fourth Meal: 9oz of steak with mixed vegetables and a potato with 16 oz of milk.
    Fifth meal: This meal is usually around when I wake up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night which is around 2 or 3. It is another one of my shakes.

    Then like I said BCAAs are in between each meal about 2 hours after the meal.

    Daily water intake: I drink a gallon of water a day.

I am always thankful to be chosen for a log and therefore I am very detailed and put 100% effort into the log to try and help the company out by new customers knowing what to expect from the supplement. Also I do not drink, smoke, or anything close to that so results won't be skewed. I like lifting weights and showing progress. This is because my sleep quality has never been all that great so this could do wonders

    i'd like to also add the new capped version was a good idea. simple way to make a product better. I have some somnidren right now, and it's all clumpy and stuff. I even put in extra of those dry packets you get with other supps to try to help. no luck. i think it must of been a chemical reaction making it wet. as im in arizona, and it is dry.

    only product i've ever had that got all clumpy and mushy. but I still take it!

    Mine turned that way too, but it was my own fault, as I always go overboard on stocking up on supps. I had like 2 stacks of that and ZMK. Like you, I still used it anyways.
