  1. Lipotropic Protein Recipes! CHECK IT!

Got this from another forum. Tried it myself and I am eternally hooked! (Baking soda isn't necessary.)

Pinch of baking powder (will help cake rise)

Spray down your bowl/pan with the butter spray

Crack the eggs into the bowl and put the scoop of protein in

Now add your sweetener and baking powder if you choose (I added splenda, zb126 would add cinnamon )

Take a fork and mix the ingredients together until they have the consistency of cake batter

Pop it in the microwave. Depending on your wattage, the time will vary. I suggest 50secs to 1min. Just keep a check on it.

From here, you can eat it straight out of the bowl or plop it on a plate.

    Bon Appetit

If you get Vanilla, you can make this:

Ok new recipe - Blueberry Lipotropic Pancakes:

    What you will need:

    - 1.5 cups blueberries (115 cals/25g carbs/1.5g fat/1.5g protein)
    - 9 eggs (630 cals/9g carbs/40.5g fat/54g protein)
    - 9 scoops Vanilla Lipotropic Protein (1305 cals/27g carbs/18g fat/225g protein)
    - 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (40 cals/2 carbs/4.5g fats/4g protein)
    - About 15 dashes of Cinnamon (at your preference)

    Total - 2090 cals/63g carbs/64.5g fat/284.5

Throw it all into a blender and blend it up nice and smooth (takes a little bit of work), spray down pan with butter spray, and pour on. Bake for 20 mins. I split it up into 9 portions, which comes out to 32g protein/232 cals/7g carbs/7g fat. I add in a small handful of almonds to complete the snack.

Once I have separated my slice, I add 2 tbs of sugar free Cary's syrup (considered a free food at this measurement). This meal is intended as a snack or whenever you crave a cheat food. Servings are dependent on one's caloric needs, goals, etc.

  5. I not a big fan of baking, but that looks pretty good!

  6. it looks great! I cant really afford an added protein to my bill because I can get 5lbs of chocolate EAS for 21 bucks but I may just have to buy a 2lb container of lipotropic to try this recipe out

  7. I know sludge is good! take 1 or 2 scoops of protein then add some milk and 2tbsp of peanut butter and stir until you have the consistency of pudding then refrigerate until cold and enjoy!

  8. -2 Scoops Lipotropic PB Chocolate
    -16-20 oz. Grey Goose
    -Shake in a blender bottle

    Building muscle while getting drunk!

(Personal favorite for the weekends, I have Beazy Jooce recipe's also).
