Heres what I need from you:

Age:23

Bodytype: Endo Medium, thick but have shape.

Training experience (as much detail as possible..
I train medium weight intensity. No lower than 6 reps. Only Warmups go to 15 max usually 12 reps with some gas in the tank. I never tried anything special except a little DC(wasnt much a fan) Max OT - to much working out for my status at the time.
I basically take the arnold approach, i am an artist, if i need more shoulders i add there. back then there.
I am not a chaotic lifter but my routines never repeat more than 3-4 workouts in a row. I have been at it for about 3-4 years now. I staretd at 155lbs about 14-15% BF and now my 204lbs at 10-11% BF. I do do slow negative reps sometimes and never ever sacrifice form for function. I feel like i get sloppy, i rack the weight even if i have 2 reps left.

I would love to be chosen cause PAL is a company i respect but never really got my attention to buy stuff except Leviathan Reloaded and Aspire. I liked them both.


Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
Mon - Chest and bis
Tues - Legs and shoulders
Wed - Back and tris
Thurs- chest and abs
Fri - optinal pending feeling, tired and time. legs,shoulders,abs are the options.
Sat/sun off
I would give the routine but like i said i switch a few in and out every few weeks.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):
haha...errrrr well right now im bulking for a show in april, so in a week i get about an hour from warm up elliptical work.
Current supplements (exact brand/product name):
Piracetam - Choline Cit. - Taurine - Ginko - Coleus Forskolii(soon to begin unless this happens and am told not too) - Fish Oils - Vit. C - Melatonin - GABA - L-Dopa(at night 260mg)
Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):
Carbs carbs carbs. After 6pm i switch to mostly protein.
I get about 500-600g carbs a day from oats, cheerios, breads, bagels, bars. As much complex as possible. Fats are low. Protein 200-250g a day. Chicken, pork chops, bars, ground beef, Talapia, tuna. eat about every 2-3 hours

Current Daily water intake:
1 gal

Short Term Goal: Finish my bulking phase and go into my cut phase for the Arpil 4th show i plan on.

Long Term Goal: Gain mass. Not sure if a pro future will be in my taste but maybe a pro am. future. goal weight. 250-260 at 8% dream BF realistic would be 10% BF~

ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs: None

What do you want to log and why?:
I would lke to log Anabolic Edge. I would like to do so becasue i want to start cleaning up and gaining lean so when i come to cut phase it will be a bit more easy. Anabolic Edge will not only help me build but hold onto mucle. I feel i am thick by my "frimness" could beimproved also.

My workouts range from calethstics to power lifting. A product like anabolic edge would benefit me greatly, palo alto labs products changed my life, literally, incarnate hands down in my favorite supplement, I was tempted to use a hormone until I used this product. Palo Alto Labs does not falsly advertise their products and still have the best overall supplements in my opinion.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): M-F: abs, back, shoulders, legs, arms, chest, quads, everyday I pick different parts of their body to train on. I believe in train all hemispheres on the body because I am an athlete and need to be balanced. Sit-ups are a huge part of my workouts, I am all about the core.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):Sat and Sun, I run 10 sprints and 1 mile on those days

Current supplements (exact brand/product name): Incarnate by palo alto labs and agmatine powders by nutraplanet

I think you should choose me because you need somone who has good experience logging, has a great understanding of his body, is very detailed, and somone who has the time to convey his thoughts and feelings on the supplements he is using. I want to provide information on the supplements i use that are accurate, and that are honest, plus i know that these are good products having used leviathan before, plus you want results, and i push my body to get results with any product i use.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): I am currently training like this, on each exercise i choose a weight i can only do a maximum of 12 reps on, then i do 5 sets, increasing the weight each time and i do each set until failure. Then to finish that movement off, i do 1 set of drop sets, and this method has given me the greates gains ive ever had.
I Weight train with this schedule.

Monday= Chest and triceps.

Wendsday = Legs

Friday = Shoulders and biceps

Saturday = Back

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):

In order to keep myself in top shape, i have found this works best for me.

Sunday = Rest day.

Tuesday = Morning fasted cardio 20 mins of jogging and sprinting intervals. Cardio for 30 mins late at night before bed.

Thursday= As tuesday.

Saturday = Gymnastics in the morning, followed by weight training, Football in the evening.

The leviathan reloaded anabolic edge and incarnate stack, as i think with the fat stripping effects of leviathan, incarnate to really give me a growth and strength boost to help me reach my goals, plus the ingredients in Anabolic edge look awesome, just what i need to help me reach my goals.

Cordyceps Sinensis 8% Cordycepic Acid 0.4% Adenosine
Resveratrol yielding 98% Trans Resveratrol
Rhodiola Rosea. Ext 4% Rosavins
Sulbutiamine
Agaricus Bisporus Extract
Procyanadin
Ophiopogon Root

All of these ingredients will help me keep anabolic, recover quicker, boost test, and im excited because it has 98 percent trans reservatrol, wich is an ingredient making quite a stir of late.

But to be honest the only one of your products i wouldnt log is reset AD as i never really use stimulants, and dont suffer with adrenal fatigue.

I worked out frequently back then and maintained a weekend warrior type routine till 2004. I started serious training again in January of 2008,. as I put on some weight. Been bulking all year and looking forward to cutting in December. I maintained 190 pounds until 2004 when I stopped training altogether. Used to do alot of running. Also wrestled and boxed in grade school through high school.

Training for me has been all about discipline, and makes everything else in my life so much easier to handle and focus on. As a kid I was always the chubby one, never had a girlfriend until my sophomore year of high-school, where I finally thinned out from skateboarding every day. I started drinking only water my freshman year of high-school also, which definitely contributed. I was never really crazy about my nutrition until I started lifting, and now I'll never go back. For me it's not one of those trends that I'm following, it's just a better way of living my life. I've got a lot of hobbies, from skateboarding, to parkour(free running), wakeboarding, cars, bikes, new technology(mobile phones, etc), some MMA, and anything new to try.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): Monday-Shoulders,
Tuesday-bis and tris, and forearms
Wensday-Legs
Thursday-Back
Friday-Chest

Each workout is high weight usually with a 12-10-8 or 15-12-10-8 sets for each workout, each with 4 second negatives, resting between 30-1:30 between sets. I also stretch down after each session, with static stretches.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): Only in the morning after a cup of coffee, usually 4-5 days a week. I stretch and go for a jog around campus, maybe with some HIIT thrown in. Only around 30-40 minutes.

Current supplements (exact brand/product name): GNC Men's Sport Multivitamin, GNC Triple strength Fish Oil, ON Extreme Milk Chocolate Whey, GNC powdered Glutamine, and GNC Arginine, 1000mg. Hah I know a lot of GNC, but it's so close and I buy most of my stuff last minute.

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):
8:30- Wake up, drink a cup of black coffee, 30-40 minutes cardio

9:15- Make breakfast: Varies, but usually 500 calories, something like 1 cup oatmeal w/ cinnamon, 1/2 cup natural yogurt with strawberries, 3-4 eggwhites, and a few nuts or pb on a piece of whole wheat toast.
Also taken w/ a multivitamin, 1.5g fish oil, and 1g arginine.

12-12:30- Varies, usually 300-350 calories, w/ 30 grams from a lean protein source. Sometimes half of a turkey sandwhich on whole wheat.

3-3:30- Varies(everything varies since I'm in college it's hard to make a set amount of food everyday) usually 300-350 calories, sometimes 1/2 cup of brown rice, chicken, or tofu, or turkey, and a salad. Take another gram of arginine.

4:45-5:15- Workout


6:15-6:30-Post workout shake: Usually a scoop of On Whey Extreme Milk Chocolate with a cup of milk, and 5g of glutamine, followed by 3 cups of water. Sometimes have a yogurt or a half a banana as well.

7:30-8:00- I try to get around 300-350 calories here too, with a lean protein source, lots of mixed vegetables, and sometimes starchy
carbs.

11:00- another 200-300 Calories, sometimes just protein in milk, or tuna, I just try to get a lot of protein in. I usually limit slow burning carbs to post workout out or after about 5 if not.

Pre bed- Another 200-300 calories, either canned tuna with low fat mayo, and a bit of natty pb, or maybe cottage cheese(usually not, I only use it because its good before bed, I get sick of the taste) and pb.
I take another gram of arginine and a lot of water.

I have a refeed once a week on fridays as well, mostly healthy carbs and not below 1 gram per lb of bodyweight for protein.

Current Daily water intake: About 2-3 Gallons

Short Term Goal: Get down to 7% bf within 10 weeks. My main goal right now is strength, agility, and flexibility, while also packing on more lean muscle and losing bf.

Long Term Goal: Stay lean for life!

ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs: None

Supplement history (as much detail as possible): Started a long time ago with Nitrix within my first month of working out, then stopped halfway through to gain as naturally as possible. Just 6 months ago started using Glutamine, and cycling creatine. I take a multivitamin every morning, with fish oil, and arginine(around 3000mg a day.

I really would like to see anabolic edge as My test levels were in the normal to low levels at 300 and I want to get up to about 600-800 and any thing above what I currently am at would be awesome. I will get blood work done for it too to show before and afters.


My rotater cuff is all jacked up from a 1 max on my bench.
