    Alright I'm freaking excited for this guys. Big thanks to Cnpwayne and pyrobatt for this Opp to log Ferox. I will update pretty much every day I lift. I received it today and took first serving and went straight to gym. First thing first taste is def good to go. Now I love my stims as any stim junkie would. This shiz kicks in quick. Hit chest up today and already want to go back and smack more weights. Chest:Incline barbell presses: 135 lbs x 8, 185 lbs x 8, 205 lbs x 6, 225 lbs x 6Cable flyes: 50 lbs x 10,10,10 60 lbs x 10db flat bench presses: 60 lbs x 8,8,8flat bench this done at my house due to the gyms bar sucks and is bent. Mines wicked but doesn't incline. 185 lbs x 6, 205 x 6

  11. Oh my the beast has now came undone! Most of the guys here know i've been lacking training my legs. Mainly bc of softball for the last 14 yrs and how they make me unable to run worth a damn during season. But now that our local park closed, it's leg training 101!!! Bare with me bc I'm doing light cissy squats till i get back into it. Now leg presses and stuff I'm ok on. Im going to hate to see what my calves do now, oh wait no im not lol.

    Cardio: 2 miles treadmill

    sauna 10 minutes

    legs: 4 plates x 12, 6 plates x 10, 8 plates x 10

    ok now this is the only calf exercise I ever really do lol. On the Leg press machine I'll load 12 plates and put my tip toes on the bottom of platform and push out til I can't push anymore.

    calf presses: 12 plates x 56, 35,30

    lying leg curls: 80 lbs x 10,10,10

    squats bar with 20 lbs i know weak but once my form's down it will explode.

    Biceps:

    seated db curls: 35 lbs x 10,10,10

    hammer curls: 40 lbs x 8,8,8

    machine preacher curls: 60 lbs x 12,10,8

    concentration curls: 20 lbs x 12,10,10

  18. Today hit up some chest. Spent five hrs in gas mask and suit at work and was feeling good but lil worn out. Took my Chaos pwo and boom the beast awoke.

    Chest:

    Incline barbell press: 185 lbs x 8, 205 lbs x 8, 245 lbs x 4 275 lbs x 2 295 lbs x 1

    flat db bench press: 65 lbs x 8.8.8

    incline db bench press: 55 lbs x 10,10,10

  27. Today hit gym up. I was so freaking pumped and ready! I hit 2.0 miles on treadmill. Then triceps and legs!!

    Triceps:

    seated overhead db press: 90 lbs x 10,10,10

    rope press downs: 90 lbs x 12 100 lbs x 10,10

    reverse cable bar press curls: 100 lbs x 12,10,15

    legs:

    squats: 115 lbs x 8,8,8

    leg presses: 4 plates x 10, 6 plates x 10, 8 plates x 12

    lying leg curls: 80 lbs x 10,10,10

    seated leg ext: 120 lbs x 10,10,10

  34. lol I want to Jeff just kids spring break and mamma wants to take them to the Aquarium. Fufu bro I'm feeling slowley back to my old self. If I can just get this tennis elbow and joints better I'd be crazy beast mode. I hit cardio up today 7 laps around track 1.75 miles. Jog and walk motion. Then hit gym after work for 25 min in sauna.

  35. Will lift tomorrow and update. Family and I are on first vacation in 10 yrs! Gatlinburg Tenn. We went to the Aquarium today and are not about to hit the hay. The place were staying out has a freaking gym and sauna down in a huge ass area. It also had inside pool with three out side heated pools. So today only gym is going to be my wife on top of me!!

  37. Four hour trip!! We are leaving in the morning to head to Rome Georgia. The Atlanta Braves are playing their minor league team Rome Braves in an Exibition game!! Then back home late tomorrow night. Sunday it's freaking beast mode gym time.

  39. Back home!!! Hit the gym up today after the family and I went walking for 1.3 miles.

    Been few days since I took my pwo. Was def ready for it. Took it 10 minutes from getting to gym. Stuff kicks in very quick and taste so damnnnnzzz good.

    Chest:

    Incline barbell presses: 185 lbs x 8, 205 lbs x 6, 225 lbs x 6, 250 lbs x 4

    flat db bench press: 65 lbs x 8,8,8

    peck deck machine: 125 lbs x 10, 137.5 lbs x 10,10

    triceps:

    machine dips: 120 lbs x 10,10,10

    overhead db ext: 70 lbs x 10,10

    rope press downs: 90 lbs x 10,10,12

    reverse cable curls: 100 lbs x 10,10,10

    I swear my tri's are exploding now if I can get my bi's to peak it be on!
