What does your grocery list consist of?? Need some ideas before i just stock up o chicken, brown ric, more chicken, more brown rice

I'll throw out a few that I get pretty regularly:
Sweet potatoes
Tuna
Ground Turkey
Lots of fresh/frozen vegetables
Lots of rolled oats
Crystal Light, crystal, and more crystal light
I know this sounds like a plug, but it's true...I have been eating the hell out of the Healthy Cheat Foods Pancakes
Pepperidge Farms Whole Grain Bread
Natty Peanut Butter
Almonds
Avocados
Salmon and whitefish
Lots and lots of Lowfat Cottage Cheese
Egg whites and Large Eggs
Occassionally I will get lowfat yogurt
blueberries/strawberries/bannanas
On Indefinite Hiatus Until Further Notice
I'll be around a little, but not sure how much.

no worries bout pluggin the healthy cheat foods.. already got the chip mix, pancakes and the brownies at home waiting for me.. im just happy to get back to grocery shoppin in 14 days..
