to bulk or not to bulk

  1. to bulk or not to bulk

    i have been in and of working out for years but know iam ready to make a come back. i used to powerlift in a state ran facillity but its been a while but know i am ready to that great rocky come back . i am asking for advice on different ways to bulk i am not to crazy with dirty bulking .

  2. Clean bulking is what you're after, using whole-grain carbs and lean meats with some healthy fats to make up your diet. Adding 500kcal to maintanence intake is what most people consider a bulk diet.

    Do a quick search on the words 'clean bulk' and you should find a thread that's helpful.
