    I am back to just eating like a bber now, no stupid no this and that. I am just training and eating well. Of course with some help along the way,LOL. I will post pics now every week of my progress.


  2. I was wondering if 1 hour of cardio is OK while slowly building muscle? I would like it to be slow gains in LBM ince I tend to gain fat while bulking rather easy. I am eating well and a little over maintainence, nd with the cardio I am assuming that it would keep me in maintainence. That is my goal, to stay in 240 range but drop bf and gain LBM. I am on superdrol and orastan e, b5 for any chance of acne, and lipo 6 for pre w/o energy. Oh and creatine mono for pre and post w/o.

  3. If you build fat on a bulk easily, I'd suggest its a diet problem.

    Cardio 1 hr no more than 2 days would be my suggestion. If you can't stay lean witht hat it IS a diet problem.

  5. Yeah CKD sucked! I was having vision and focus problems, headaches, and was really tired. But yeah my diet now is pretty good. I just thought that cardio would help. Well I just wanna stay as lean as possible and possibly get leaner, cuz I am basically training for football next year.

  6. 30 minutes 3 times a week alongside A LOT of good quality energy carbs seems to keep me pretty lean regardless of bulking cutting etc

  7. good lookin out chaos. Yeah, 30 minutes sounds good. Also, what should my cals be around? I am at about 3,500 right now.

  8. If you're training for football tha I'd reccommend quite a bit of sprint work and dropping the low intensity cardio

  9. yeah I am just trying to get into good shape first, but I will slowly start adding sprint work over time.
