I'm about to start my second cycle. Gonna take 1/4 andro and epi. I've bulked over winter on my first cycle in August. Went from 172 to 188 and got good results but naturally I have a little excess body fat now. I'm 5'11. 25 years old at about 13-14 bf. Wanna get down to about 8-9. Get my abs back popping and everything for summer. I'm gonna eat 2100 cal. 180g protein 80g fat and rest carbs. During and after cycle. Any suggestions for staple foods. I'm a basketball coach so I'm super busy nowadays. So I'd prolly have to cook all my meals for the week on Sunday. Or Sunday then again Wednesday. Thanks for help!
