When it comes to each meal that you take in, do you limit the amount per meal, or do you just make sure to eat and eat as long as your protein intake for the day is met?
Some guys only eat so much protein per meal, and I understand that. But should you be limiting protein intake at each meal if you make focus and goal is building muscle?
