U still got love handle/back fat. I'm goin with 11-11.5%. Which is good, btw.
Rule of thumb, back fat is gone at 10% and lower abs have some visibility.
9% club is officially all abs are seen club and is generally reserved for extremely athletic or bodybuilding figures.
People are amazed when I tell em I'm only 11-12% bf because at that level, I have a good taper, veiny arms, ripples in the chest and shoulders when pumped, most of my abs are visible and legs pop nicely.
9% is shredded on anyone that has just even a little bit of size to em.
