Lol I understand I'm kinda new before I used to eat anything that came my way but I want to know the correct way to bulk!
I way 159 I want to be 190! I was there before but it was because of pro hormones... I'm guessing lots of carbs and protein??? I just new help! I'm a rookie?!

CHOCOLATE MILK!!! Olive oil shots 2 or 3 times a day! Almonds couple times a day between meals. I've just listed 1000 calories that are very easy!
Anything in excess? Calorie dense foods like nuts.. greek yogurt + granola

I think the best thing to keep in mind for long health and fitness, is to try and buy most things that are NOT in boxes and bags and have lists of crap in them, etc.
Natural fruits, veggies, meats, diary, grains, oils/fats.
Olive oil shots? Umm.. No thanks lol. Getting daily (healthy) fat requirements is beyond easy.
My favorite foods:
- Sweet potatoes
- Lentils (and other legumes)
- Brown rice
- Whole wheat pasta (usually as my carb source as part of my first meal an hour after lifting)
- Whole wheat bread (minimal)
- Fruit (especially bananas and blueberries)
...... As far as fruits and veggies go, it's good to "eat the rainbow."
- Fish (tuna, salmon, grouper, snapper, mackeral... Most fish is good)
- Chicken (skinless)
- Lean beef (top round, sirloin, lean ground beef)
.... But being that we only get one life, you have to enjoy some things. Bring on the occasional ribeye. I'm not so hardcore as to deprive myself all the ****ing time like a dummy.

I eat other stuff but those are my staples.
bulking is a second job! make your self work smart not hard. throw in a couple double whoppers with chee and a few Mass Gainz shakes per week and your gonna get mo cals.
