    Thoughts on my dinner?


    This is my typical dinner. What would you remove? I am wanting to do a clean bulk. And those are 7 whole eggs scrambled with onion, ham, mushroom,cheese, bell peppers.

    I'd just recommend trying to get fewer processed calories as they tend to be nutrient deficient. The ego waffles are probably a good place to start, and check the jam to see if it has hfcs. It would also be good to see some green and some fiber in there for obvious health reasons. That's not to say you can't have a meal like this if it fits into what you caloric goals are and overall health isn't a top priority. Cheers~

    Those were actually strawberries on the waffles. How about this for my lunch today?

    More emphasis on getting 1 nutrient dense food per meal would be my first recommendation from what I've seen so far. Think mixed salad greens, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, sweet potatoes, blueberries, just to name a few popular ones. The options are pretty endless though. Also you want more fiber than I'm seeing for proper digestion of these high calories. Cheers~

    We rarely get sweet potatoes here, no blueberries. Greens, broccoli, cauliflower, is everyday.

    Also, I take some Orange Triad that help with digestion.

    Ha. Well I work nights so when I get off its 6AM so I get a workout in then go eat at about 7:30AM and have breakfast for dinner

    Just make sure you are ingesting enough micronutrients along with your macros. It is important to eat enough healthy greens.

    By greens you mean peas, green beans, spinach, etc? I just had some peas and carrots about 1 hour ago wil be sure to start getting them everyday now.

    Ok well you are kinda going in two separate directions here. If you want to do a "Clean" bulk, eating processed food period is not going to get you there. The very first thing you need to do is evaluate where you are and what an acceptable amount of fat is ok for you. After that, calculate your TDEE, then increase that by 100-500 kcal. The less processed the better plain and simple. Other things to keep in mind is as its already said, vegetables shoudl be added into every meal. Orange Triad is good but like using a Whey protein powder such as iForce Mass Gainz it is a SuPPLEMENT.
