So this winter I am actually going to try to gain some muscle! I have a Mountain Dog program lined up and I am excited to start next week... I am a small guy (5 "8". 145 lbs roughly 15 % bf..) My goal is to try to get a little bigger. Hopefully gain 4 to 5 pounds of lean muscle this winter! My plan is a clean bulk with 1 cheat meal a week and I will be taking creatine, a multi, fish oil and myofusion protein. My biggest question is macros I guess. My maintenance cals are roughly 24-2500 so I was going to be eating 28-3000 cals a day. I was thinking of shooting for 100g good fat, 175-200 g protein, and 200-250 g carbs. What do you guys think? Feedback and or critique please!!
