I have officially removed myself from every negative scenario in my life which unfortunately included my fiancé and my career. the people I have loved the most have brought me down to the lowest point of my life and its time to put myself and my son first. enough of that.....
ive officially entered in the http://palmettopowerlifting.com/StateMeet2013.pdf for single bench press only at 165lbs. this is my first ever comp of any kind and am hoping for a 285x1 press, a few weeks ago i was struggling for 225x1 and now im repping 225x5. im am not looking for any placement but more so the experience and the struggle with in my self.
currently:
5'5"
163-165lbs goal 180 at 10% - no time frame

bench 245x1 - goal 285x1 in 7 weeks....
diet is more of a recomp considering im at contest weight already as looks like this:
pro-150g whole food, 10g f-luecine, 10g eaa's, 3 scoops pf3
fats-80g, majority olive oil and nuts and seeds
carbs-cycled pre/post training days only, low carb non training....
cardio is 10min pre workout only
im also still looking for hypertrophy overall but focusing on chest for now with the rest of the muscles being compound lifts on a 4 day split. i tend to use less iso movements anymore....
