i have been lifting for years and all my muscle grew except my shoulders and the more my chest and other muscles grow the more i look like a pyramid and that problem makes me look like as if i don't even lift and i tried all workout routines and every workout you can imagine . so i don't want any one to tell me go away from synthol and things like that i'm serious and sure i will try it but don't know how to use it and how much of it ?? to get a 3D shoulder and match with the rest of my body
