Time to add some Mass!
Looking for some advice please.
I'm 22, 83kg and currently around 15%BF (ish)
I want to add as much Lean muscle mass as possible, thinking of bulking for 6-8 weeks and then having a 2-3 week re-comp/cut. repeat.
nutrition for bulk is as follows:
3233 kcal/day:
Protein: 240g/960kcal
Fats: 91g/819kcal
Carbs: 363g/1454kcal
And shooting for around 35g of fiber.
how does this all look?
Training 5x/week following an adaptation of P.H.A.T.
Not really supplementing anything major; creatine, BCCA's, Multi-vit, Whey , occasionally assault pre-workout.
Thats about it really, what are your opinions on this so far? Also would it be worth adding in a t-booster to help the bulk along? i feel like i've been
going to the gym for the last few years and am barely seeing any results!
Thanks. - 08-27-2013, 07:30 AM
Not all that up to date on PHAT so forgive me for asking but isn't that a 4 day/week plan? Why the 5th day?

If your staying natural then I would consider bulking for 12-16 weeks. Lean mass gains are slow and steady....

Yeah a natural bulk will need to take a longer period of time. Mine has taken about 4 years from 160 to 250 naturally. I only started cutting back in February-March.

No PHAT is 5 days a week:
Monday: upper body power
Tuesday: lower " "
Wednesday: rest
Thursday: back & shoulders
Friday: legs
Saturday chest & arms
Sunday: rest.
And yes sorry, I meant to only add in the 2-3 week cut to keep a lid on fat gain and then go back into bulking for another 6-8 weeks and then repeat until satisfied... Or would it be better to just continually bulk and then start cutting?
Thanks. -

I would say it is better to just continue with the bulk and then start cutting. The only reason why I would do what you are doing is if a very large amount of fat gain was done, but even then, only 2-3 weeks wont do much. So IMO i would keep bulking, then start cutting when you are done.
You could easily add a T-Booster if you want. I like to keep them in my stack. Currently I have Reversitol V2 and Testabolan.iForce Nutrition Anabolics Minion Member

Makes sense. Ill just stay on a steady lean bulk for X now then.
I've been considering adding in a t-booster for a little while, but I don't really know what I'm looking for.
I see a lot of mixed opinions on the boards when it comes to natty t-boosters. Are they effective?
A lot of people seem to be using DAA and Erase?
Do you have any advice here? Products? results? Sides? Etc?
Cheers.
