Appetite when bulking

    Appetite when bulking


    So i need about 4300+ calories, I have a monstrous appetite most days, can power through 4500-5000 cals easy! but somedays I can barely choke down a small meal. Anybody know why this is? Or have any suggestions for stimulating my appetite?

    I have a similar conundrum some days I have no appetite. The best way I have seen to increase appetite aside from weight training is to just increase natural testosterone production. This can be done through supplementation and iForce offers a variety of methods to increase natural Test production including: Testabolan V2, Reversitol V2, Intimidate SRT, and Tropinol XP. Those + heavy weights should keep you eating.

    How did you assume you need 4300+ kcals?

    Agree with both posts.

    1st how do you know you "need" 4300+ kcals? Or is it just something you want to make sure you consume?

    A couple ways I have found that work is like laneanders said, increase test production with Testabolan V2, Reversitol V2, Intimidate SRT, and Tropinol XP. Most of those I have personally taken and worked great for me.
    Another way is to spend that day that you dont feel hungry doing a iForce Protean shake pulse.

    I get this all the time, shakes help me cram all my calories down if I'm hungry or not. Also Anabeta makes me super hungry.

    In my bulking stage I was stuffing 5,000 cals per day. Mass gainers is one thing I've depended on and it helped me reach my goal. For example iForce Mass Gainz has 600 cals per scoop so I would take 2 scoops a.m and 2 scoops p.m. The rest I would get it from foods. I used Engorge to help stimulate my appetite so I can keep eating. Alot of people don't believe in mass gainers but I had results and never looked back.
