    bulk diet

    1) oat meal 1 cup, egg white 1.5 cup

    2) 30g whey, medium banana,1 cup skim milk

    3) brown rice 2 cup, chicken breast 6 oz

    4)60g whey,1 cup skim milk

    5)2 cup brown rice, ground beef 6 oz

    6) cottage cheese 1 cup, 30 g whey

    3693.1 cal
    Pro-334.1. Cho-359.9. Fat-101.9


  2. Forgot to add 1.25 cup of almonds through the day


    Just not before or after work out

  3. You can eat 4 cups of rice a day?

    I just like them and it was what i found easiest for me to eat everday. I mean i can switch them out for other stuff but i liked eating these food.

  6. I honestly just make sure I get in my proteins and fats and the rest of my macros I will fill in with anything from ice cream to cereal. IIFYM
