    Plan tired


    I just wanted to know if anyone had helpful tips on keeping my diet perfect in respect to timing of meals throughout the day? Somedays all get light headed during workouts, other times be super charged.

    I'm at 195lb taken in 2800cal roughly through the day

    Taken in 2 gallons of water a day and another half gallon through protein shakes, bcaa mix and crystal light drinks

    carb heavy meal an hour or two before workout. note though, that squats and deadlifts will cause the light headed feeling a lot

    That explains it I thought it was blood glucose levels but ya I go heavy on all compound movements. Anything to combat that?

    lol not really. just drink a lot of water. but once the heavy working set on deads and squats is down, the brain fog comes in for a minute. make sure youre breathing right too

    its diffrent for everyone. i feel alot better working out over 15 hours fasted
