Going from 180 to 200 need help!!
If I am 180 now. What should my macros be in order to reach 200?? I want to clean bulk I'm hoping to gain as little fat as possible. Any healthy food tips and combinations would be greatly appreciated as well.

how many cals/carbs/protein/fats are you currently eating on average per day?

Eat like you weigh 200 and keep effective ratios.

.4-1g fat per pound 1g protein per pound. fill the remainder of calories in with a mix of whatever you please

simple, and I agree. Although, I'd most likely find myself in the .4-.5g range for fat macros...But thats just me. I like my carbs lol
