    First time.


    Hi people.

    This is my first time doing a cycle and would like some good feedback of what I should be eating
    So I'm doing 600 of test per week with 450 boldenone with 210 of anavar.

    I'm 6'2 272lbs been working out for 5 years

    I have always been an easy gainer and a very low metabolism so while doing the cycle I'd like to gain good mass not fat
    I eat good food high protein low carbs lots of veggies just not sure what my calorie intake should be. My friends are saying at least 4-5000 calories a day.
    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    No idea of body fat at this time. I've been on a 1800 calorie pets diet for about 3 months. High protein lots of veggies I've lost 15 lbs. now I've started the cycle I have to change things around

    I know. I found out I really had to increase it. So im up now to 3000 calories.

    3000 cals is alot better for someone your size

    Its all trial and error. Start lower (e.g. 3000) and monitor weight from there. Increase/decrease calories as you see fit.
