What's you guys thought on some good multi grain cherios or shredded wheat with some whole milk before bed, especially If your bulking...I've read different opinions on this
id avoid it before bed have something like cottage cheese i do
Personally I don't eat grains but that meal shouldn't hinder any progress

Lately I've been craving cereal before bed Idk why, prolly because I'm taking in more carbs on this bulk...

I havent read anything about cereal before bed. The longest time we dont eat a meal is when were sleeping, which is why they suggest a slower digesting protein before bed such as casein protein or cottage cheese.

I would avoid the grain cereal before bed. I do eat rice or corn based cereal before bed when I carb back load.
Carbs at night can create a hell of an appetite in the morning, which is beneficial to a bulk.
Try it out for awhile and see how it works for you.
Sugary foods at night are OK but usually give me nightmares and crazy dreams...id stick to higher fat foods at night and leave the high carb foods for the daytime
I personally try to not eat carbs for a few hours before bed. Cottage cheese or greek yogurt and a bigspoon of PB for some fats
I mix 1cup cottage cheese, 2 scoops PB2, 1scoop ISO-100 whey, and about two ounces of unsweetend almond milk and eat it before bed.
