I AM A COLLEGE STUDENT IN THE UK. I GO TO THE GYM TO WORKOUT 4/5DAYS A WEEK. I GOT COLLEGE 3 DAYS A WEEK. I PLAY SOCCER TWICE A WEEK FOR 2 HOURS
I WEIGH (70KG)54POUNDS. 16% bodyfat
how is my diet like?
breakfast weatabix nutrigrain and coffee
snack chicken and fruit
lunch pasta and some fruit and nuts
snack chicken sandwich
protein shake (usn anabolic)
7/8oclock: brown rice or protein shake
this diet is 3000 cals
anything alse i should eat?
