I was doing leangains approach to my dieting and was bulking. Immediately post workout I hit up a pretty classy buffet with quality food. I had the following.
3 beef pattys with cheese
3 chicken breast with bbq
6 slices of whole wheat bread
1 1/2 cups cottage with whip cream and fruit mix
And slice of cake

When I was working my last job I would go about 6 hours without eating, so I would get in as big a breakfast as possible. Usually looked like this.
1 cup oatmeal with a scoop of whey and 2 tbls peanut butter
1 piece of multigrain toast
2 eggs over medium
2 glasses of whole milk
2 slices pork roll
1/2 cup cottage cheese
Might go back to the big breakfasts. I felt good on them, and it is def the time I can get in the most calories.
i do around 5000 cals in one meal sometiems doin IF right now, meal always changes though
4 triple cheeseburgers at hungry jacks with 4 large fries and about 2 litres of water....i was quite drunk at the time however.
Cream of mushroom soup, 500 grams of wagyu fillet mignon, 300 grams of steak tartar, two orders of french fries and a bloody caesar. So good/high in protein!! (cutting meal) I'm not proud of my bulking meals :/

I did IF with a 22hr fast so one meal a day.. Post workout id have a 60g shake with 1 cup of oats 24 oz chicken,4 hardboiled eggs, 2cans or tuna, celery, 1/2 onion, ****load of light mayo, 6 slices of wheat bread spike with olive oil for extra cals.. I think it came out to like 3200 cals.
I've eaten an entire bag of chipotle seasoned oven baked sweet potato fries, 8oz strip steak, 8oz chicken breast, 3/4 cup baked beans....BBQ sauce on all of it
in one sitting
I've also killed a slab of ribs, 8oz smoked brisket, baked beans, and a baked potato
