Was on stumbled upon and happened to come across the site swole.me. You type in how many calories you want, then click the foods you want, and it makes you a diet. Thought it was cool and worth sharing to yall.
Just checked it out looks pretty cool. Would probably be useful to some one that is just starting out with weight training and nutrition.
Yea figured it would atleast give an outline and put into perspective how much food you need.
